Shocked to see service at The COVE - Masala Grill

1. Snacks were Ok although options are very less on Grill..
2. Snacks on Grill are very limited- Just Two Pineapple Paneer That's too you can Grill yourself.. It's pretty grilled and they don't provide your sausage to apply on them while grilling When I asked for the sausage - chilli, vinegar and soya sauce with marinating Brush They simply refused to provide that and mentioned that it's pre-grilled. So seams like they are fooling on the name of grill.

They should change the Name to Cove- The MASALA FOOD not GRILL as they are not providing Grilling service.

3. But the staff is a bit rude and asks you to eat everything before 3p.m as it's closing time. . We called them before arrival at 2pm to confirm if the restaurant is Open or Not. They confirmed buffet is open but didn't mentioned the closing timings and start serving snacks at around 2.20pm. Then after few mins on person from the serving staff came to us and said please take the food as well.. We will close the food area at 3 PM.

They don't know how to handle the customers.. Poor service.. They don't ask you before taking away the Grills box.

Now this is the whole experience about our visit.. If you had the same experience. Please let me know as well..

Not recommend to anyone who wants to have a LIVE GRILL food...

Location 4 star but best in Panchkula. Room service excellent particularly Mr Sourav Singh best job courteous and helpful, preparation of veg mixed Pakarawith Masala Tea was excellent very light oil Pakara and use of various vegetables and light salt and masalas. Your hotel cook should get special appreciations, Reception staff was very cooprative know how to help a senior citizen. Rooms decor and cleanliness excellent, I use to come to Panchkula for many business meeting frequntley, earlier I use to go to Chandigarh to get good hotels, now no need to go to Chandigarh I will always stay here since I use to attend meetings in Sector 16. I came late after meeting hence yet to taste your Lunch and now will take dinner at buffet as well as breakfast tommarrow which is complementary, terrace bar and restaurant is also good I have taken coffee ☕️ after checkin. Everything thing well maintained at such a lower price. I suggest if you are on office work or want to have break as a tourist going to himachal particularly Shimla this hotel is best in this small price. Tommarrow my wife will join me and will proceed to Kandhaghat Club Mahindra for 3 to 4 nights will try to take break here on return journey.
