The Great Kebab Factory - Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

Anybody who is going to host a party or something at kabab factory , radisson blu , faridabad …. Please please go through this honest review before reaching this place I hosted a party for some 10 people through dineout application (6+4)on 13th april 2025 however the restaurant denied to merge two table stating we are not allowed to join two tables however they were ready to join thw tables if i make payment directly to the hotel ( instrad of dineout app). As my guest have arrived and to avoid embarrassment, i agreed to pay it directly to hotel missing out my discounts through dine out app. Lets talk about services , we reached around 8.15 pm however our services didnot start till 9.30pm . We and our guests were waiting for this long to even get anything to start with . Very very poor services . Everytime they just asked for another 5 mins. If we were served fruits , we waited for next 15-20mins for our next platter to be served. At the same time , the table next to us , who arrived around 9, were served everything before us. Only one waiter was serving for 10 guests. Highly disappointed. Please please these hotel industry should feel this pain of embarrassment in front of other 8 people that i had to face. Even after competing dinner and all , they refused to accept payment through applications like dineout so that i cannot avail any discount offers. To my shocking experience, when i added that i will post a bad review about my experience, the waiter and the manager ( mrs. Vaishali ) said its ok whatever you want to post review about us. We don’t care. Also the head of food department ( Mr. Raj ) who was not even present in the premises clearly said icannot help you with anything and you have to pay directly to hotel. Although Located far away from the city centre, if you want to enjoy the Great Kebab Factory at a cheaper price, it’s a great option. Similar menu as other outlets. Located exactly at Bata chowk metro station, so easy to commute. The Buffet was 2000 + taxes. I got 50% off through Swiggy dine out, so it was around 1250₹. Veg and Non veg are same price and only dinner is available. Every Tuesday is off as of September 2024. Taste is good. I had great Service by Mr. Uttam & Ms. Ata. Hopeless is the only word to describe the after a disastrous disappointing experience. The waiters will make you feel like you are beggars asking for food. They need to learn the basics of hospitality. The most horrible experience one can have from 5 star hotel. Stale food. Low taste. High prices.
