This is in addition to our earlier review...Thanks team HEBR for replying and showing your true colours coz what we saw after our review was posted during our stay was different....People beware of this resort as they only want postive feedback from visitors and they can't accept their mistakes and negative reviews...Also I didn't compared the service and food of the other resort with yours as I haven't been to those but surely the look was much better which we compromised with yours coz your reviews were more positive for service and food ...Please be in doubt as have witnessed all the negative things at your resort and so this review....To clarify I posted my review during my stay only and after paying all my dues....After seeing the review the reaction which they showed was unimaginable as before that we were not in existence for them..They did mistakes all the time during our stay and never accepted or be apologetic, but after our review was posted they only said sorry and wanted us to edit or delete the review....Will post the watsapp chat which the manager of the resort sent to me just when I posted the review during my stay.

The reply which I send will also share in other review coz I never asked for refund..Also we asked for some time to edit our review as after checkout we were travelling to Neil and there was no network most of the time....I think it was good for us that there was no network as we couldn't delete or edit the review as the way they behaved after wards was just harrasment and I had to block the number..I'm thankful to God that I didn't recieve back the money as that would have been bad...
