I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel sky bhagsu and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect - situated in the heart of the city, it is within walking distance to many of the popular tourist attractions and excellent dining options. The decor and ambiance of the hotel is elegant and refined, yet still manages to feel welcoming and comfortable.

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the little touches like the high-quality linens and plush towels. The hotel also offers excellent amenities, such as a fully-equipped fitness center and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

What really set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every member of the team that I encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful.

As usual the photos do not reflect reality. This was one of the most basic hotels I stayed at, because that’s where my agent booked for me. The photos of the reception area and dining room especially reflect that. My room was certainly nothing like the ones that have been shown. When I arrived the bathroom floor was full of water and even after they tried to dry it up the next day it was full of water again. I wasn’t told that you had to switch the geyser on before you got hot water and even when that was done you were lucky if you got 5 minutes of hot water. It’s one of the reasons it’s not suitable for foreigners. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The stay here SPOILED MY ENTIRE Himachal trip. It is THE MOST UNHYGIENIC place to be in. I checked in to the room that had a strong pungent smell of URINE. Also the restaurant where I was suppose to have my breakfast had A STRONG URINE SMELL SINCE the bathroom door was left open. THE pillow covers were very dirty and when I complained the staff told me ‘it is washed and are freshly laid’ He argued with me , however on my repeated request he finally changed one cover for my use out of the 4 pillows kept. The bed sheet had lipstick stains on it too. Also the towels kept in the washroom were very dirty.
