Paris Villa Kasauli — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

THE PROPERTY IS WELL BUILT BUT NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED!

I've still clicked and uploaded better pictures, but ,I would not recommend this to everyone, specially for the extremely high price they charge! 25,000 per night! That's really too much for a property that is not well maintained!

I stayed at PARIS VILLA, the caretakers are PARMOD BHAI AND MANOJ BHAI and they made our stay very much comfortable! This is the ONLY reason I'm giving it an extra star! They can make almost EVERY FOOD ITEM and you'll love it! The Indian food is reasonably priced and good quantity! They make Indian food tad bit better than the Chinese part!

The villas are NOT that neat and clean, although the linen was changed and the bathrooms were well built and clean with all bathroom amenities and shower!

Bad points about the property-

-Views weren't that great, mostly covered by trees! -The washroom seats aren't functional -The back door doesn't close properly -The beds and mattress are REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE! ONE OF THE WORSE MATTRESSES I'VE SLEPT ON! -the cushion of sofa, rugs, pillows and cushions weren't cleaned and full of dust! -The common washroom on the ground floor and the washroom of the room on the upper floor DO NOT HAVE EXHAUST, so there is NO ventilation! -The Balcony door of the upper floor room DOES NOT SHUT, it's partly open and there is no possible way to shut it and neither does the lock work properly! -The blinds of the upper floor room does not slide up properly.

Good points- -The caretakers are REALLY VERY NICE! -The property is wheelchair accessible -There is plenty of area to walk around -The property...

The Paris villa by stayvista indeed a great property with an amazing location as its jst 5 mins from main market . They have recently renovated and looks perfect with some little upgrades to be done.

The staff and service is very poor at this place , if you ask them to do something or make something first reply is a rude denial and no to each request. I believe property owner needs to take strict action on this so that this beautiful property with a swimming pool in kasauli does not get isolated just because of irresponsible behaviour of service staff. Its a humble request to the owner to make the required changes.

The food quality was fine but Just getting a no on every request we maade was a big turf off for us.

The good part is the location, cooking staff is very humble & nice and their bar be que is highly recommended. But the property needs an urgent upgrade. Not half close to the pictures.

The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very poorly kept. Dingy, rugged and constant foul smell. The crockery was smelling quite bad and we realised they had run out of washing soap (which we bought from local shop). Suggest to carry your own towels.

PS: the owner should re-invest some amount to refurbish the upholstery, toilets and most importantly the kitchen (which is very poorly maintained). The amount they charge per night doesnt justify...
