3Stars - Disappointing Stay at Hotel Bloom

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Bloom, and my experience was marred by subpar service and unacceptable amenities.

Major Issues:

No Water Service: The most basic expectation from a hotel is access to running water. Unfortunately, Hotel Bloom failed to deliver. The bathroom faucet and shower had no water supply, making it impossible to take a bath or even wash my hands. Toilet Malfunction: The toilet was non-functional, adding to the overall frustration. Staff Attitude: When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. Their dismissive attitude made me feel like my concerns were insignificant.

Poor communication from the front desk

Recommendation: Until Hotel Bloom addresses these fundamental issues and improves their customer service, I would advise others to explore alternative options.

We had heard so much about the famous Hyderabadi Biryani, so we were eager to try it during our recent business trip to Hyderabad. Although we didn’t have much time, I was staying at Bloom Financial District, and over lunch, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ibrahim. Knowing it was our first time trying Hyderabadi Biryani, Chef Ibrahim went above and beyond to prepare an incredible biryani for me and my colleague (who is vegetarian). Despite being quite full, we couldn’t resist finishing it — the flavors were just that good!

What made it even more special was the exceptional hospitality and care shown by the Bloom staff. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an authentic experience. Chef Ibrahim’s quick preparation and the staff’s thoughtful gesture made this meal unforgettable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, which was booked by my company for my official work. The Executive Suite was exceptional, featuring a spacious king-size bed, an additional single bed, and a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was enormous, and the room also had a wing chair and a designated work area, making it perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

The hotel is ideally located, easily accessible and close to the consulate, malls, and just a 30-minute drive from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
