I planned my visit to Hyatt Gachibowli with my son (3.5 years) mom (80 years) two dogs (a lab 20 years and a shihtzu 4 years from 15th March to 17th March 2024.
Even though the journey didn’t start at a good note (due to internal reservation issues between reservation office and Hyatt Gachibowli since I was getting 2 dogs in the hotel which I had informed well before during booking), the stay for two days at Hyatt was indeed a great experience..
As the old saying goes - ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL..
Travelling with my mom, son and 2 dogs, I was very anxious and apprehensive at the beginning with all that had unfurled.. but I was greeted with utmost warmth and gratitude.
The moment I entered my apprehensions of my stay at the hotel was completely nullified by Ms Megha at the reception and her friendly smile.. she accompanied us to our suite and made us comfortable from day one.. everyday with her presence around she made me and my family feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay ( my dogs loved her too).
Ms Anushree also really made me feel more than home and our small chit chats connected us back to memories in our own ways, made me feel even more close to home than never before. Very kind and vibrant personality.
Mr Vivek from house keeping was the most helpful and kind from day one.. took utmost care of our needs and ensured my stay was comfortable at every location of the hotel along with my family.. God bless..
Mr Sourabh is a kind man who ensured we had the best time dining in at the hotel’s restaurant and also in charge of in room dining. He took care of us really well. Even my dogs were well looked after.
Ms Himani was very warm, caring and kind to us the whole stay. She made my son so happy by bringing complimentary drawing books and colours that instantly lightened up his face. She constantly looked out for our comfort during our stay.
Mr Ajit, a stunning personality always happy to introduce new things during buffet breakfast, ensured my mom had the best picks and my son had the best pancakes ever.
Mr Suraj at the restaurant was very helpful always smiling and super friendly to my dogs as well..
The Chef at Mrs Mage, Ms Japo, Mr Ashish the life guard, Mr Souvik, Mr Tenzem and many more were more than instrumental in making us so comfortable akin to home.
The overall experience was incredibly delightful. After an exhilarating start to an anxious stopover staycation to creating beautiful memories for my family, I am over and above thankful and grateful to the entire team at Hyatt Gachibowli.. thank you for the wonderful cake to bid us adieu, indeed was unforgettable.
For me my family’s happiness and comfort takes precedence at every step in my life. Hyatt Gachibowli team made up and even more for all that apprehension and the stay was indeed more than home.. Thank you
The hospitality business is indeed a customer satisfaction oriented, building flexibility and communication driven job.. but being a 5 star business is what was showcased and proved to us in the best possible way during our 2 day staycation at Hyatt Gachibiwli ( I can’t vouch for others as much as I have experienced it here).

Here are my reservation details : 2 rooms Check in : 6th July 2023 Check out : 7th July 2023
The above 2 are my guests and I have made their booking much in advance for their stay at Hyatt Gachibowli. In Spite of having made the room payment in full via online transfer one day in advance (5th July) , AND sharing my credit card for authorization on 4th July upon arrival and check in my guest is asked to give their credit card for authorisation. To add to this, I just found out that my guest has been charged 11,000 on their credit card !!!!!
How dare you do that despite having the full payment and my credit card details for any additional expenses ??
The whole reason for paying via online transfer in advance plus sharing my credit card details while blocking is so that the guests do not have to face any inconvenience on their stay. I am highly embarrassed in front of my guests.
Out of all the available 5 star properties if I am choosing Hyatt , I should bloody well be ensured of a satisfactory stay. This has begun as a terrible experience already.
Plus, the rooms of the guests are stinking. There is a bad smell and the room is worn out. To be given bad rooms after a bad check in experience just shows the lack of professionalism that Hyatt holds.
On my request for changing rooms I was told the hotel is sold out. Are you expecting the guests to stay in these conditions and pay 5 star rates??
This slacking behaviour on your end proves that you do not value our business.
I even emailed the hotel but have not gotten a single acknowledgement email from them on my dissatisfaction.
I have wasted my money, time and lost my credibility...
