LEFT STRANDED AFTER CONFIRMATION: We CLEARLY informed Olive Business Hotel, via Agoda, of our 1 AM arrival for our 3-day stay. When we arrived, the front desk was ABANDONED. This is not a "business hotel"—it's a ghost town.
INCOMPETENT AND RUDE STAFF REFUSED ENTRY: The only person present was a cleaning staff member who, despite seeing our CONFIRMED, PRE-PAID BOOKING, flat-out REFUSED to let us check in. His attitude was appalling, offering ZERO help or even attempting to call management.
UNREACHABLE AND UNRESPONSIVE: We were forced to repeatedly call the hotel's official contact number, and the result was the same every time: NO ANSWER. We were left helpless on the street in the middle of the night—a completely unacceptable and DANGEROUS situation.
COWARDLY MANAGEMENT IGNORED OUR CRISIS: After fighting Agoda's atrocious customer service just to get the manager's number, he REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US at 1 AM! He told us to call back the next morning, and guess what? He STILL DIDN'T ANSWER our calls. This is the definition of gross managerial negligence.
₹13,000 HOSTAGE SITUATION: We paid a staggering ₹13,000 IN ADVANCE only to be denied service, kicked to the curb, and forced to scramble for another place to stay. This is tantamount to financial theft.
ZERO APOLOGY. ZERO RESPONSIBILITY: While Agoda eventually processed a refund (after multiple excruciating follow-ups), the Olive Business Hotel management NEVER apologized and never took any responsibility for the enormous stress, inconvenience, and wasted time they caused.

We had booked a 3-day stay at Olive Business Hotel, Hyderabad through the Agoda app and had clearly informed them in advance that we would be checking in late (around 1 AM). However, when we arrived, there was no receptionist at the front desk — only a cleaning staff member who refused to let us check in even after we showed our confirmed booking. He was very rude and didn’t even attempt to contact his manager.
We repeatedly tried calling the hotel’s contact number listed on Agoda, but no one answered. Left stranded in the middle of the night, we had no option but to find another hotel, which was both stressful and inconvenient.
Reaching Agoda customer care was another challenge — we waited 15–20 minutes each time just to connect. They eventually shared the manager’s number, but when contacted, he refused to talk at that hour and told us to call back the next morning. Even then, he did not respond to calls.
Despite paying ₹13,000 in advance, we were left helpless. After multiple follow-ups, Agoda finally processed a refund, but the hotel never apologized or took any responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
