First of all front desk staff (the so called operational manager) are rude.
They make it exceptionally difficult to check in if you book through third party apps like goibibo Or others.
No basic emenities provided (drinking water, soap, shampoo etc).
No room service or atleast taking out the trash, until you finish your stay.
No lift available for 6 th floor.. Taking luggage was extremely difficult and the staff would never help.
Leaky bathroom sealing.. And when I asked to change the room, they became rude and said it's the only thing available for you.
"What is wrong with the sealing? It's been half plastered with paper right? You need to complain if ac is not working. Not for the petty things" was the statement of staff when I asked for change of room.
Raised a complaint through the goibibo service. Got a confirmation that room will be changed in the next day. But the manager started shouting at me in the lobby because I made a complaint.
AC was not working in the changed room. Had to come down 2 floors to inform it. Got rectified in 3 hours. But the ac stopped working within an hour of repair. Had to live without ac for 2 nights. (Waste of money for booking ac room)
Paid for breakfast and dinner through out the stay, but they don't even have a in house kitchen to provide. (Waste of money).

Read moreVery bad experience. Checked in @ 10 pm. Manager gave me a room at 6th floor(room no. 307). Said that no room is there on 4th floor. Lift goes only till 4th floor. AC didn't work. It was boiling. Cigarette smell was coming in room. After lot of argument he changed the room. Again same problem. He told me to stay for night in hot room with fan throwing hot air on my face. After lot of shouting, finally he gave room on 4th floor @ 12:30 am. When I asked him how room is 4th floor suddenly became available, he said that a guest just checked out. Anyways I went to room. AC was working fine. However there were more than 50 mosquitoes swarming through out the room. Again upon shouting, the manager brought hit spray and all out. It was not enough for such high number of mosquitoes. Anyways I spent 30 mins killing mosquitoes with my hands. Then I went to sleep. When I asked for water, he said that I need to fill water myself from the common dispenser placed near reception. Towels & soaps were missing from room and bed sheets were were looking old and dirty. The sheets were having lots of crease may be because of prior use. In complimentary breakfast there is idli and Vada. Tasted good. However spoons were not available. Bathrooms were spacious. Read moreRoom had mosquitoes and AC wasn't working. Today some more guests are coming to Hyderabad and can't let this hotel to ruin my image so changing the hotel. Oyo also didn't gave response in resolving the issues, they only manage this property. Came from Maharashtra for ACETECH Exhibition but stay at this hotel was horrible. The rating is as fake as fake can be. You will surely regret if you believe the rating and book this hotel. Also, oyo provides breakfast between 8 to 10 am but here, by the time 9.30am everything was finished in breakfast menu. When we asked the staff here they make an excuse that only upto 9.30 am they provide breakfast, thus making excuses. We had hardly slept at night due to mosquitoes and AC problem and in the morning this was a new problem created for us by the hotel staff... Some more delegates came today to Hyderabad and can't let them suffer if we recommend this hotel to them... This experience wasn't bad, it was worst, can't let others and ourselves suffer, that's why didn't extend our stay and we left...
