Annapurna Mess Tiffins — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Had ordered lunch for 50 people, they charges decently stating that this is less quantity meals and hence they need more amount and efforts for preparation. Number of items were also less. But I accepted based on the previous review; but surprise awaits when you order from them. For 50 people not even 4 kg chicken was sent. I asked for bagara rice they sent veg biryani rice. I asked for dal makhani they sent rajma. White rice sent by them was also so less in quantity that not even 40 people are and it was over. Starters served were exactly counted in number and they sent exact 50 spring rolls for 50 people. I asked rasmalai and they cut rasgulla into 2 halves and dipped it in rasmalai liquid. Biryani rice also sent by them was so less that I had to order from outside to suffice the quantity just for 45 people. My guests 5 people couldn't eat and I had to take them to the nearest restaurant for lunch.

Serving person and transportation person were the same , no serving staff sent. We had to bring the carriage., arrange and serve ourselves.

Truly a bad experience, previously I had ordered from them and nearly 40 guests of mine hadn't turned up hence my face was saved and i didn't get to know about their trick. Still as I had booked number of plates so i paid for everything but today even when the number of plates fell less and the same was confirmed to the owner by his person ,the owner was not ready to reduce the amount of number of plates which fell short nor was he ready to pay for the amount which I had bear to get rice and chicken for the 45 people meals even after providing the bill.

After lot of negotiation and time waste he reduced the bill by 5 number of plates but didn't pay for the rice and chicken which i additionally got from outside to complete the 45 people meal.

Really pathetic behaviour. I was embarassed in front of all. Wont order from them any time again and won't even recommend them.

NOTE : The people sitting in the counter seems to be genuine, just a request to them that your staff is ruining your hard earned name,pls take...

Worst Pg, Unhygienic food, Fungus grown in Filter.. Found Hair in food but owner doesn't care about instead he blame the girls only... He will be so nice and he will say he return the advance money in beginning of joining but he shows his sadist face when we are leaving and he doesn't return the money back instead he will ask extra money and he doesn't leave luggage also... Women handling and uncivilised behavior.. He doesn't give receipts for the rent payment.. No geyser. No proper...

We have ordered chicken fry biryani and mutton biryani ... both are worst in taste and they don't taste like biryani at all and the gravy is really yuck 🤮... as i complained about the worst taste and uncooked chicken pieces they replaced fry biryani with dum biryani and that too taste worst so i left without eating it ... waste of money ... i don't recommend people to visit this place and waste their hard earned money ... Hope they maintain quality and atleast...
