HUT K SPICE KITCHEN — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Important: Service Charge is Levied and it's optional, if you don't want to pay/cannot afford to pay ask the management to remove it and issue a fresh bill. It is not mandatory. The management will say it is mandatory if paid via Zomato/Dineout/Swiggy, reachout to customer care and ask them to contact restaurant they will remove it. Don't trust their words. Just go ahead and reach customer care.

Food: Okay Okay, Would say No to Biryani's Portion Size: Very Less Cost: Expensive

I have visited this place Twice.

First time the food was kind of Okay (will tell in detail during second visit) and ambiance was nice.

Second time, Order was received an hour late. Food was not as per expectations taste was kind of Okay and Don't go for Biryani Options unless you want to get disappointed. Veg Starters were nice except Baby Corn Manchurian, also that the portion they offer is very less and the prices are very high when compared to other restaurants in market.

Staff doesn't know what items they have and what they don't. When asked for cool drinks the guy said they don't have, while another waiter is taking the cool drinks to another table. Everything is Price Inflated. Soda costs 100 bucks usually it's 40 outside.

No Air Conditioners, Fan not working and atlast No Finger Bowl and all they had the reason was no work force.

Will be heavier on wallet if you don't have Zomato Pay/Swiggy Dineout.

I still wonder how this place got this many 5...

We randomly went dis place with family after seeing reviews.

First disappointment no one is der outside to guide for parking vehicle (No valet parking ).

Second is hospitality staff may b worked before in fast food Centre it seems n they don’t know menu n they r just pushing themesleves to skip their duties.

Third one is ordered POTLAM BIRYANI expecting a lot by seeing menu n it’s expensive prices thinking Atleast they r focussed on food but it came after 20 min wait n surprisingly he brought it in banana leaf covering n when I asked about it they told as it’s Sunday our chef just given like dis n omelette will serve separately.Dat moment realized as they r much focussed on take away than dine in service where even they kept single air cooler for whole reataurant saying as split ac is not working n each table they kept wall mounted fan.

I never wrote dis much essay type review in my life but dis bitter experience should share so dat others won’t get disappointed after paying 600 rupees for potlam biryani (which is not )…….I never ever recommend anyone to step in dis place

My genuine rating is -5/10, Surprisingly without providing service n also given pulao in place of biryani n they given bill with service charge for which I really got irritated n scolded them infront of all as how come they loot without providing...

HUT-K spice kitchen has a separate fries/fast food joint adjoining it, and that is what I am reviewing today.

The fries themselves were great. Four types of fries, multiple sauces and seasonings, all at extremely reasonable prices, so props for that. The taste is leagues above anything you can get in a McDonald's or burger king. We tried the Belgian fries with Dutch mayo, and peri peri sauce and we enjoyed them thoroughly.

However, the menu items apart from the fries are not really good value. The brownie is a tiny inch-square of cake and it costs 70₹. The other snacks (chicken wings, corn dogs etc) look good but they're expensive too.

Service is slow, and the guy who served us didn't know the meaning of "eggless" so that was amusing and frustrating. This place gets a little crowded in the evenings, and there is barely any place to sit. They also cut costs by not turning on the air conditioning, and the hot frying oils in the small room make it a little suffocating.

Overall, I can say that it's a great place to get fries (prices as low as 30₹ damn) but the experience overall is not...
