A Terrible Experience - Avoid Karthikeya Grand Hotel at All Costs

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The management is extremely poor, with a total lack of professionalism and organization. The receptionist's behavior was absolutely the worst—rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.

To make matters worse, they charged extra payments for visitors, which was not mentioned anywhere during booking. This hidden fee felt like a scam and added unnecessary stress to my stay.

The hotel atmosphere was terrible, with guests drinking alcohol in their rooms and causing disturbances throughout the night. The noise was unbearable, and management did nothing to address the issue.

On top of all this, there was no room service available. This lack of basic amenities made the stay even more inconvenient and frustrating.

I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There are plenty of better options where you can have a peaceful and pleasant stay without dealing with such terrible service and management.The condition of the rooms was extremely poor, with outdated and broken amenities. The cleanliness was questionable at best. Despite all these issues, the rude behavior of the receptionist remained consistent throughout our stay, adding to the already unpleasant experience and The worst part of my stay was finding a dead mouse in the lift. The lift reeked of decay, and the stench was so overpowering that it made me feel nauseous.

We saw the other Google reviews and booking.com ratings before Booking the hotel. From the outside it looked nothing like what is shown in pictures.

The room sizes were decent but the walls were full of stains. We stayed there for 3 days but even on multiple requests there was no room cleaning. The room had too many cockroaches. I myself killed 5 of them and then got frustrated seeing more. No house keeping for long booking, dirty laundry and room filled with cockroaches left a bad taste. Had plans to return to the area and the hotel location was convenient for me but I would rather book a hotel farther away than come back to this dirty place.

Left 2 stars as at least the room sizes were decent and equipment (ac, geyser, etc)...

Worst experience ever I had with MMT. They have no controls on the hotels onboarded on their platform. Hotels get listed themselves on their platform and bluff about services to be provided , at the time of booking. But when you reach their place you will get vibe of C grade hotel which doesn’t provide even basic amenities such as electric kettle and tooth brush. Forget about cleanliness and after service. Complete waste of money.
