Hey hi guys, This is Prasanth Gupta (Instagram I'd:- @Solo_travelleer ). As a part of my travel dairy related to various other icecream parlour of milkshakes and thick shake in Hyderabad. The thick shake factory located inside the kphb colony. One of the best thick shake stores providing various types of thick shakes and milkshakes. The staff was friendly and helpful to get good tasty products as required. The store timings were morning 10:00 am to late night 02:00 am. We can order through various food delivery apps. They accept all types of payment. There is seating available here inside the store.

Food was very good and they are maintaining hygiene very well. Belgium chocolate and Nutella chocolate Blast was awesome.

I had a terrible experience at this store. We went to the store around 10:30PM at that time me and my friend were the only customer. We ordered shake and slush along with that we ordered Cheesy Supreme Veggie Burger. The person again double checked with me for the veggie burger. Another customer came and asked for chicken burger. He gave us the order and within the first bite I knew it was chicken. I asked him the same and he kept on denying it. IDK how that guy can make a mistake between veggie and chicken patty. I was cool at that time, and simply asked him to come and check. He didn't come to the table so I went to the counter to show him. He was so busy in making the other custom's order that even after asking him to check the patty multiple times, he ignored it. Finally after 6-7 times of asking him while coming he said sir it is veggie Patty only I know, as I've made the order. He came and checked it was chicken patty. During the Sravan time he accidentally gave me chicken patty and I was okay with that coz mistakes happen. But ! while billing that guy added veggie burger in my bill to which I asked why and he was like you ordered na veggie burger that's why. I mean SERIOUSLY ?? is this the behaviour a customer will get for a franchise like this ? He didn't even apologise once for his mistake. He messed the only 2 order he got. Imagine what he might do when there'll be...

Definitely a wonderful space to chill out. A variety of Thick shakes & milk shakes with very hygienic and we’ll mannered staff makes the experience much better. One more special factor is the available food items like burger, pizza, etc alongside shakes makes it a perfect spot for...
