Hyderabad spicy house — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I would like to start by saying I was astonished at the shabbiness of the waiter. And he was the only waiter and he was extremely shabby! And then Biriyani was good in taste but not hot during the most prime time of the day (we went at 2pm) Starter is something the waiter suggested and we tried portion size and taste were bad and they charged 330 for it. Ordered Chicken Manchow soup, which would have been good if he hadnt put stale fried noodles which dried out under a fan for atleast a couple of days. One of the worst dining experience you can have is here. And to top it off the bill for just a few items came out to be 1220 INR I mean for the food they served this was over the board exorbitant. Worst restaurant worst service worst...

The best place to eat Schezwan Chicken friend rice. Not too spicy not too numb. It's like the right amount of ratatouille happening. Have tried other items also here but not so good as the one I mentioned above.

Pour some pepper and salt after dripping some lemon on the onion. Go for extra pepper on the rice directly. Its epic.

And also the waiter here with bald head , he is really nice person. A couple were talking so loud and were playing songs over the mobile, I and Sandy went to have a peaceful lunch after a frustrated week.. We politely asked him to tell them to mute, he went straight and asked them to lower the volume which most of the hotel staff wouldnt do inorder to avoid any...

Very disappointed with dining experience here,this is A/C restaurant but we didn't feel that ambience and maintenance is also not good, road side kaka hotel may having better maintenance then this restaurant,costs are also too high in comparison with same grade restaurants. Rats have free entrance here and have too much freedom for them to enjoy,ambience also most favourable to rats then persons.
