Hotel Celestee Grand — Hotel in Hyderabad

I'm Dr.Nandha Kumar Bharathi, came along with my brothers to Hyderabad regarding their archery equipment purchase. I booked an executive room. The room overlooked a very noisy street, seemed louder at 2am even. If you want to buy food, there is a small hotel two gullies away(200m) from the hotel, the one next to Subhan bakery, from where the food you order is bought and sold to you thrice the price. Masala dosa is Rs.20 at that hotel, where as when you order from room they get it and charge Rs.60. So I'll suggest you to take a short walk to that hotel or get your good somewhere else. Then they are very hostile with your guests. The receptionist is very friendly but the managers who are very unfriendly to your guests. They call down your guests from your room, switch off the AC and power and do all cheap stuffs. So if you get any guests, especially if you are on a business trip meeting some officials, better think thrice, or inform the managers in advance that your guest is going to come and the importance of that meeting and try telling them properly and priorly not to interrupt the meeting or disturb the guest calling them down, asking their name, why are they here for, checking their IDs and stuff and asking when they will leave. The service is good but overall control is in the hands of managers and sometimes the owner and manager just knock your door and walk in like inspecting your room. Stayed at this hotel with my family from 2-7 th April'17 through advance booking via MAKE MY TRIP & GOT A LOT DISCOUNT.. We stayed at a big AC room(no-403) at 5 th floor facing the main road.Room & the bathroom was clean with necessary furniture & fittings.Both were cleaned everyday under strict supervision of the Manager.Reception was v.v friendly & || was ready to help whenever we contacted them.They arranged rental cars for sight-seeing at a very reasonable rate & both the drivers were v.v friendly.particularly Mr Akbar was exceptional. One Advice- they should install ac with proper strength following expert advice in each room & there should be arrangement for cold drinking water in every floor. And lastly tips to next travelers-Always tell the Auto or Cab driver after reaching station or Airport -PL take me to famous SUBHAN BAKERY.The hotel is situated...

It was worst experience of my life room is not maintained properly wash basin tap is not operatable properly. It was terrible we found cockroaches in room when asked manager to change room they refused and even not spread any pesticides. ||Room service is also not good asked for tea-coffee they took 45 minutes and after that they said my tea-cofee order is cancelled. ||Worst part is they woke up 6:30 am in the morning asking are you going to check out and as it was 1 hour late for checkout they said they will charge 1 day room rent Rs. 1700 so we don't had choice so paid 1 day room rent. |It is too expensive as compared to these problems and nearby hotel like hotel 3M International just 2 min away from this hotel who charge Rs 1500 for double bed room we didn't got room as it was full. ||I am attaching photos of room having cockroaches in bed and roaming...
