The service attitude at this place tempted me to write this review while being seated there at table 2 on ground level. Except the prices and the attitude the staff carries, didn't feel anything premium. Have had much better experience at more humble places.

Washroom and hand wash, a very congested one. One person can't pass another. One Ladies and one gents. Not interested in offering menu, had to ask for it having waited for several mins. Not interested in taking order, had to call multiple people before right person arrives. Ordered Marag, asked for split into 2, but they won't, however offered to server additional bowl so we can do it ourselves. Unfortunately despite multiple instructions, bowl never was given. Plastic spoons were served. One was broken, she didn't pay attention. Placed it in front of me and carried on. Served plates, no fork or spoon, even though the lady served the chicken majestic on our plates, after several minutes when I asked my plastic spoons to be replaced, she realised and got the fork and spoon They don't serve you regular water n glasses, you have to order bisleri! This is learnt after repeatedly asking for regular water and waiting on it to start my meal. Been waiting for bill 5+ mins had to say it in violent tone to get attention. Gave direct feedback, attitude is 'sorry sir' with a smirk. No attempt to understand what went bad.

At 1400 IST, we entered the restaurant with the hope of enjoying biryani. We noticed that there was no rush at the time, which seemed promising. However, some tables were still cluttered with dirty paper napkins, and one even had a previous bill of ₹530 lying around. We requested the waiter to clean the table before seating ourselves to order.

We placed an order for the Broasted Chicken Platter and Chicken Biryani. After a 20-minute wait, the waiter informed us that the buns for the Broasted Chicken Platter were unavailable and offered additional French fries as a substitute. Shortly afterward, we were informed that the Chicken Biryani was not ready, and the waiter assumed we would opt for Mutton Biryani instead. Frustrated, we canceled the order and settled for the oil-drenched Broasted Chicken Platter.

It was clear that other patrons experienced similar issues, though they had the opportunity to leave. Unfortunately, the experience ruined my appetite for the day. Will I return to this restaurant? Likely not—I will certainly explore other...
