I for once thought you would be a sweet person when you asked us where we were from and when we answered you back we've come a long way to have some food at the so called Pista House of Hyderabad that has a good word out on the street - we never expected a denial from you or any staff of this place for a glass of water. You are one of the soul reasons people like us will not visit restaurants like these ever and trust me when I say this because I've been all over the world and had people who keep up their word to the term service and humanity. I also have been observing your gestures with the other staff on the same floor. We have travelled different states to taste delicacies of Hyderabad and well I'm quite dissapointed along with a family of 9 members who went through this.
