HOTEL KASS IS ON THE KOMPALLY MAIN ROAD. ON THE GROUND FLOOR THERE IS RECEPTION OFFICE, LIMITED FRONT PARKING FOR VEHICLES, ALSO WELL LOCATED LIFTS OUTSIDE CONNECTING ALL THE FLOORS. THE THE FIRST LIFT CONNECTS TO THE FIFTH FLOOR KALYANAMASTU BANQUET HALL.

THE KALYANAMASTU BANQUET HALL IS SPACIOUS CAN SEAT 200 GUESTS EASLY. THE STAGE IS WIDE ENOUGH WHERE SOME MEMORABLE FUNCTIONS & EVENTS CAN BE HELD EASILY. THE PALCE WAS CLAEN & TIDY, WITH COMFORTABLE CHAIRS LAID OUT.

KALYANAMASTU BANQUET HALL HAS TWO ROOMS THAT CAN BE USED BY GUESTS OR HOSTS , WHICH DO NOT HAVE ANY ATTACHED TOILETS.

THERE IS OPEN SPACE JUST OUTSIDE THE KALYANAMASTU BANQUET HALL WHERE YOU CAN STROLL GETTING A VIEW OF THE CITY & SURROUNDINGS.

THERE ARE GUEST HAND WASHING & TOILETS NICELY HIDDEN AWAY FROM BANQUET HALL VIEW. THESE ARE SPACIOUS CLEAN & TIDY.

FOOD SERVED HERE IS GOOD & HYGENIC. THE SNACKS SERVED WERE NICE SPICY, CRISPY TASTEFULL. THE DRINKS WERE ALSO GOOD.

THE MAIN COURSE WAS NON-VEGETARIAN AS WELL AS VEGETARIAN.

MOST THE GUESTS LIKE THE CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI & TELANGANA MUTTON CURRY.

VEGETARIAN DISHES WERE ALSO GOOD & TASTEFULL. THE CURRIES HAD ENOUGH GRAVY, PANNEER WAS SOFT, OKRA WAS CRISPY... ETC. SOME DISHES WERE LACKING LITTLE A BIT OF SALT IN THEM WHICH WOULD HAVE ENHANCED THE FLAVOURS MORE.

TELANGANA GAARALU WERE NOT SOFT VERY DRY, ICECREAM , KADDU KA KHEER WERE LESS SWEET, BUT TATSTY.

SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD & RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS. THE MANGER & SUPERVISOR WERE AVALIABLE ALL TIME.

💥💥 THERE IS LOTS OF OPEN SPACE OUTSIDE THE KALYANAMASTU BANQUET HALL, WHICH CAN BE USED FOR EXTRA OPEN AIR SEATING OR EVENT UNDER OPEN SKYS.

THE SUIT ROOMS WERE GOOD , CLEAN TIDY & SPACIOUS. TOILETS WERE ARE ALSO CLEAN & PLEASENT WITHOUT OUT ANY OUDER.

ROOMS SERVICE WAS QUICK & RESPONSIVE . THE MAIN COURSE KITCHEN DOSENT OPEN UNTILL 12 NOON.

THERE IS UNDER GROUND PARKING FOR VEHICLES & FREE ROADSIDE PARKING BEHIND THE BUILDING AS WELL.

THERE ARE ALSO 2 BANQUET HALLS ON DIFFERENT FLOORS, WITH A...

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk girl were worst and indifferent..we booked their function hall and went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality without any soap or hand wash ...AC didn’t work at first and…gloomy ambience...without any proper lighting for makeup.

“Remember they only accept advance payment”

Food was not worth it and in charge person was very rude, we requested for plates to serve cake after cake cutting and the responsible person said that we cannot provide plates if you want take these paper icecream cup and serve yourself.

They mentioned they are providing complimentary room as we booked the function hall, however keys were not working and our family had to wait at door every time for them to get the new key and open the door.

Zero corporation from hotel staff, they started taking off chairs in the presence of guest. Worst part was the condition to only work with their appointed flower decorater. Those people have no basic business etiquette’s , we had to follow up many times to get a simple design selected and guess what icing on the cake on the function day they made spelling mistakes on welcome board.

Try to ignore this place if you are looking for good...
