Such a bakwas(worst) place, just in the evening i bought one double chocolate ball, it was all stale and cold, it tasted as if they have just rolled the leftovers of their baking stale material into a ball, and selling this to customer at high price, which causes sickness in health. Plus they dint even have the bill. Their chocolate ball was so worst, that i had to throw it immediately after having bite. They even spoke lie about its freshness, though I asked twice about. One of the worst branch I have ever come across. The staff is dressing up the cake with hands, they're not even using gloves and following any food hygiene standards. Do not put yourself into risk and go there! Food hygiene is something really important which anyone should follow. And being a food influencer I had to take this up and share with everyone. The staff is very rude! Pathetic atmosphere. I have personally faced all these even being a food influencer. I can't give fake reviews and play with people's life. Not at all recommended...

I have ordered birthday cake for my sons birthday.. though the cake and design looks good from outside.. but the taste is really bad as we are regular to that cake shop we did not except such a experience from brown bear .. its more of cream and less of cake and the taste of the cake is really bad.. Cake is one of the most main thing in birthdays but its a big no.. waste of the money and expectations... Don't recommend...
