Pizza Hut | Kompally, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I honestly love the restaurant but hate the service and manager here. I ordered the two unlimited Pizza package for me and my friend. We finished our pizza and had to wait 20 mins for next one. When he finally came to table with second pizza I asked him why so long delay, he apologizes sincerely and says have some high no. of deliveries. My third Pizza was not finished as I was only able to eat one's life so I asked the manager if they can pack so that I can give it to anyone outside like beggars but he replied rudely saying no sir that would be loss for his business if he gives me the Pizza. I said that's okay then you can just take this outside and give somebody and he said no we have to throw it away. I argued for 10 mins asking what's the logic here? You are going to waste a perfectly fine pizza 🍕 by not giving it to either me, or any beggers outside, to which his only reply was sorry sir we have rules. I felt the system needs a change, there are many people who take the unlimited pizza offer and can't finish them, in that case they should have a tie up with homeless shelter or nearby old age shelters where the extra food can be easily reachable. No water to wash hands or no water in wash rooms, no Ac, whenever u ask the staff they just say ac not working from justtoday… But only one ac next to cash counter works properly.. only to support the staff.. checked and read all the reviews… since 2 years the ac’s are not working… sweating and order takes too long… just 1 hour 10 mins only.. for a pizza worst place… advised not to go there… first they take they money and make us wait… nor give the pizza… nor the refund…. I don’t know why Pizza Hut being such a reputed brand is giving franchise to such cheap people who can’t even manage it… it’s a request to all the people not to go there… the ordered pizza got totally burnt and became black… he said he will make other pizza and and took 1 hour 10 mins… the pizza is made exactly next to dust bin… plz check the pic… when asked the staff they said no no that’s not dust bin and offered us free cheese sticks to make us calm… it’s a humble request to people not to visit this...

Recently went to Dine In in this outlet of Pizza Hut and was hesitant at first looking at the reviews. But, our experience was over the top quite opposite to what other's have commented about. As it's Pizza Hut, of course we have the same menu all around plus they have offers that were light on pocket . As a vegeterian, the pizza I have been ordering is the same, so I very well know the taste it should have to be as similar and good to the other outlets. The pizza was really nice with good amount of cheese pull 🤌🏻 and the place and plates were clean.The staff was super nice to us, Even the waiting time was 20 mins considering the ruah of other customers being there and 3 staffs managing all of it smoothly was worth a tip. Coming to the ambiance, the music was same as what Other cafe's and Place was well maintained by the staff as well. So, give it a try rather than believing the reviews.
