The staff is too rude with the customers. I was always a regular customer to cream stone and I started experiencing harsh words from the staff. I was given a thick shake with was having bad odour and then I approached the staff and said them I think it’s because of the thick shake bottle. And they dint even try to listen to me and said me that cannot happen. When cream stone is happy to take good feedback’s , then why cannot they respond to such feedback’s and try to solve the issue. I always believed creamstone has good name recognition but I can surely say it is falling down because of harsh and rude behaviour of the staff. When a customer is saying that they aren’t able to drink the shake because of the odour in the bottle. It’s bare minimum to change and redo. Once in a while such bottles pop out and you cannot say us that it’s impossible. Your duty is to make us feel good and satisfied at the end.
