Had booked their classic category room for 6 days after searching a lot for a very good hotel but what we experienced was simply amazing. We reached there in the evening since our plane was delayed but the reception staff was really warm and welcoming. they took care of all the formalities and best part was we were really happy since they allocated a room at the corner as we had stated while booking.
The rooms inside were absolutely amazing and spacious. In fact when we entered the room there was not speck of dust to be seen inside the room. The Bathrooms were really clean it had a nice fragrance. The best part is these guys have used technology everywhere to enhance the experience of the customer. From the doorbell to making the doorbell silent, to the exhaust vent inside the bathroom everything is thoughtfully designed.
Coming to the morning breakfast,the restaurant staff was really polite and friendly and they serve some amazing continental breakfasts which includes south as well as north Indian foods, freshly cut fruits, fresh fruit juice, eggs and omelette and even corn flakes and chocos with a choice of white pr brown bread with jam and butter and a choice of tea or coffee. The taste of the breakfast was amazing and we were really satisfied with the taste and quality of breakfast.
Apart from that these guys offer everything from gymnasium to conference room and the entire hotel is wifi enabled. All in all, this is the one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in and will definitely recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Simply...
Read moreNever ever book this hotel Last Sunday we go there and ask manager for room booking as we want to see rooms before online booking or direct hotel booking he directly deny that rooms are not available. We suprise as online all platforms showing room availability so he replied us if online booking is available you proceed but rooms are not available for his fake answer we booked online cozy rooms category worth rs 2600 without breakfast and receipt of booking showed him then he tell us sir go to the room no 203 we go there and find that room was very small and smell of hospital set up because Apolo hospital is very near to this place so might be patients are stay before and not clean property even you can't give 500 rs for room 203 also then we came back to reception and asked him that's why we want to see room before booking if it's available then why you deny ? He understand his fault and within few minutes he tell us to go to the room number 207. Then we go there it's also a cozy room and compare to previous room it's have more space but in room there are two big pillers between bed and tv and not worth for the coast but we continue over their as we don't have time for finding another hotel and allready we have done online booking. Very rude behaviour of manager as I ask personally that can you suggest another good hotel around this area he responded don't know. Read moreThe fact that it is located near to the Apollo Hospital as well as just walking distance to the Supermarkets and other well established restaurants makes it the perfect place to stay. The Restaurant staff are very helpful especially Yeshwanth, Tapant, Papu & not forgetting Chef Abhijit & his Team ❤️🙏||House Keeping is done everyday & they do a great job at it thanks to Rithik, Mahnush and the whole house keeping Team ❤️ Keep up the good work.||Also a huge Vinaka Vakalevu to the Hotel Manager Mr. Ranjan for assisting with our meal plans due to medical treatment ❤️❤️🙏🙏 ||Afew things that could hopefully be improved on are:|1)banging of doors during the night into wee hours of the morning. Maybe enlightening guests who come & stay on how to close doors for the rooms.|2) Because the rooms have gaps under the doors & a central AC system, the cigarette fumes also enter the other rooms near by and can be very frustrating especially if you’re a non-smoker.|3) If they could introduce Intercontinental menu options, that would be an even bigger plus to their accommodation.||Overall, all staff could use abit more customer service refresher courses to uplift their game.
