OYO 1421 Hotel Nirmal Excellency — Hotel in Hyderabad

I came to Hyderbabad from Bangalore in my own car with family and thought that Oyo rooms will be better. I chose Koti area as it was near to where I wanted to go. I had to extend for another day but skipped this hotel as I did not like it much. Here are few pros and cons that I felt staying for a night.||||Pros:||- Its an Oyo room hotel so it has free wifi, clean bedsheets, soap and shampoo was provided. ||- The rooms were clean and tidy||- Parking facility was available but not many slots||- free breakfast was provided||- room service available||||Cons:||- Very small room if you are going with family. The photos doesnt show that!||- the staff is not that friendly I felt.||- even though food is provided, it comes from outside as there is no restaurant in this building. So you dont know the cleanliness and quality. You have to sit in this small room and have food if you want.||-The breakfast provided, you have to go to the reception and order food itseems. that too only one plate is given. ||- For everything you need to go to reception and ask, even for hot water and he switches on the geyser from there. This is crazy.||- The stupid staff just comes and open the door without knocking and just barge in to place the food on the table. there should be some decency in behaviour.||- Free wifi, but slow and kept on disconnecting.||||Looking at all these I chose to stay in another hotel...

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018. It was an excellent stay

Best location, centrally located between kachigura and hyderabad railway station, near abids and walking distance from imli bus stand.

Very cooperative and friendly staff The check in time is 12 noon, we reached at around 9.30, then too the hotel offered us room without any extra charge for sunrise check-in.

There is no hotel restaurant or kitchen, but on request the staff provides food and tea coffee from nearby restaurant.

The property is nicely built, but the rooms are small in size and need repainting and renovation.

All rooms have fridge, AC, geaser, godrej locker, free parking and high speed wifi.

But they don't dive complimentary mineral water. And they don't give tea coffee set and electric cattle...

very bad memory of this hotel. Stay 3 days to discover the city of Hyderabad.||Negatives: - No transfer from the airport.||                           - No breakfast proposed when it is included||                           - The linen is not changed every day (sheets and towels)||                           - The manager makes me understand that there is no restaurant on site while it is displayed at the entrance to a restaurant.||                           - Meals served in the room. The proposed meal is huge and under vacuum. Can not open without scissors.||                           - refrigerator is not running||                           - shower is out||||Only positive points: - quiet room despite work nearby||                                   ...
