REUSING PREVIOUS ORDER LEFT OVER DISHES FOR FRESH ORDERS.

IF YOU STAND IN PACKING SECTION YOU CAN NOTICE LEFT OVER DISHES IN SMALL CUPS KEEPING IN LIFT TO KITCHEN IN 1ST FLOOR. If you ask them about it, they will say for next order. BUT HOW COME THEY USE IT AS IT IS LEFT IN SMALL QUANTITIES LESS THAN 1/2 QUANTITY.

Gravy Taste wise its better than many veg restaurants. But recently when i saw there whats happening in packing and arranging session. I got to know that

THEY ARE REUSING PREVIOUSLY MADE/ RECENTLY PREPARED DISHES FOR NEW ORDERS ALSO. for example i ordered gobi 65 , they sent close to 1.5x in small plastic cup to packing section from kitchen in 1st floor. What they did is they packed 1 quantity in box and kept the small cup with few peices left in lift to the kitchen. when i asked for remaining quantity to pack as it is left over in small cup as itvis waste, they openly told me that they will use it for upcoming orders.

Same for other gravy dishes also they are doing same sending the remaining small quantities in plastic cups to kitchen using lift

My previous review before watching whats happening-

(Best curry gravies among all dhabas in hyderabad.(bhagyalakshmi,krishna,veerjj ka). Butter on roti is very tasty. Here roti and naan ,both are made up of maida. Biriyani is not good. Starters not that good.

Tried kadai panner and shahi paneer. Kadi paneer gravy is next level.but shahi paneer is ok ok.

Garlic naan is good here.

Service is very bad.Takes min 20 min. You will be frustated.)

Price was genuine (not cheap but also not very high). Food quality and preparation was good. I had mix veg. & tondoori rotis. Went there by walk from metro station (not koti one but the other one both of which are almost the same distance from here) after seeing google reviews and did not get disappointed. 1 mix veg and 4 tandoori rotis did cost me 120 with salad. The only thing was that they had some brand of mineral water that I had not heard of so I didn't purchase it because it was the only brand available. I only opt for kinley or bisleri. Hence, I drank the normal water that they fill in jug. So if you are not carrying water, buy beforehand from some other shop as per your choice before...
