OYO Hotel Night Eye — Hotel in Hyderabad

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at OYO Hotel Night Eye, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel is in a serious state of neglect. The room was filthy – dusty surfaces, stained linens, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning barely worked, and when I asked for assistance, the staff were indifferent and unhelpful.

Speaking of staff, the service was abysmal. Requests for basic things like fresh towels or room cleaning were either ignored or took hours to fulfill. At one point, I had to go down to the front desk multiple times just to get a working keycard.

Maintenance throughout the property is nonexistent. Broken light fixtures, peeling paint, leaky taps, and an elevator that made terrifying noises were just some of the issues I encountered. It felt more like an abandoned building than a functioning hotel.

I want to share my recent experience with a hotel that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Despite having made a reservation through OYO, I was denied check-in by the hotel. The reason provided was that the hotel couldn't offer the room at the price I had booked it for. • Located 20 kms away from Kacheguda railway station • Rooms are ok. Water is good. For drinking water, you should fetch from a can at bottom or 1st floor • WiFi is at good speed. • Food Street is nearby. Available from evening 6 pm to mid night 12 pm. • Staircase is tightly packed ; lift can be used by maximum 3 persons • Cleaning is done not frequently. • They don't solve any issue immediately.
