Treebo Premium D Consulate — Hotel in Hyderabad

There is a saying "all is well what ends well" and it did not end well for me.

I was rushing through to catch my cab to airport and suddenly reception guy stopped me and asked me to stay for few mins to send a guy to inspect the room. First of all I did not know that post check out inspection still happens. Being a avid traveller for last 24 years, I know that I did not experience it in last 3/4 years in India at least. Anyway, I obliged and patiently waiting though worried about cab overcharge waiting outside. Finally reception guy called me and told me there was a spot in the bedsheets and almost charging me what and why is it. Being on a business trip and booked by my office, only time used the room to sleep and I did not even moved one inch from one side of the bed to the other.

Never ever any hotel staff complained about anything in last 24 years. I am person if anything happens which might happen accidently, I would myself proactively report.

So this disheartening and I think staff should be trained better to handle these kind of situations and revisit their policies. Also I think stuff should wear more smiles than they do now.

Booked room at Premium D Consulate on 22.4.25, While booking room they said late check out upto 1pm is free, and told I have to ask after coming to the hotel. As they told after allotment of room no.5011. I asked for late check out to plan my activities. Again they told me please ask tomorrow before your checkout. Thier stand while booking they were going on changing it. Unethically they started changing their commitment, very unkind.

Another incident, AC didn't work in room 5011 even after thier staff tried. The concerned staff at reception to allott alternate room felt as if they are doing favour, finally allotted 5008 after I insisted. Response of staff at reception is very poor and unkind. Hotel location...
