WELKIN HOTEL , SECUNDERABAD — Hotel in Hyderabad

Very worst hotel i ever seen in my life. I checked in on 22/11/2021 with family, following are the worst experience -

1. Initially they provided the room @4th floor, after check in TV was not working. Same informed to Reception immediately, failed to rectify about 24 hours.
2. Mat was not there in front of Bath room, same informed to reception and this also not rectified for about 24 hours.
3. Later room was shifted to another room @4th floor itself, TV problem was rectified. But room key sensor card (Lock) was not working. Informed to reception , same was not rectified about 36 hours.
4. In 36 hours duration , always I should take any room boy to open my room . this is totally disgusting.
5. On 23rd Nov 2021, when I came to hotel around 11pm , I informed reception to open my room. They told to go to 4th floor mean time room boy will be there. I was with my wife and 2 year kid, when I reached 4 th floor, nobody was there and I waited for 5 min . again I came down to ground floor and shouted to reception for the major inconvenience . At that time Main Lift was not working.
6. Just imagine my situation with my family member around 11pm at Welkin Hotel.

I would give a negative rating if there was an option of doing so. Booked a room through Agoda for 4 days, Checked In at evening and I was disappointed already at the reception due to lot of mosquitoes. After getting into the room I was more disappointed by seeing stained pillows and comforter. When asked hotel staff to change it, Answer was they don’t have an extra one. Later on I saw lot many issues like mosquitoes again in the room, dirty walls with spider webs in every corner and paint falling off from wall, Dirty buckets, A white fan which had turn to black on the sides of it. I have visited so many hotels and this was the worst experience I ever had and will never have. I would not recommend this one to anybody who need a clean...

Good hotel in the city near to paradise. The hotel is situated inside a small road. The locality seems okish. The hotel location is a big plus as it's located close to paradise metro station. Rooms: Pros: very clean, all necessary toiletries were given, room keeping done daily. Mini Fridge and godrej locker available inside room. The complimentary breakfast (they were giving as a trial) given was good (buffet). Cons: the rooms in ground floor doesn't have windows and may be little noisy at night times. Tv was not working. After asking Tv was given. Hot water is not up to the mark it was just warm.
