HOTEL RAJ INN — Hotel in Hyderabad

Myself was on an official visit to Hyderabad with 2 foreign client's from Senegal for an inspection on 24.05.18. The vendor got the rooms booked in this hotel. While check in during midnight, request for upgrade to a good room was denied stating room was not available, we didn't mind the rooms as they were basic & can be managed with for 1 night & hence, checked in. During Checking out, since, I had an early flight than the clients, I asked them to prepare the bills for all 3 rooms & myself will clear all payments. An airport drop-off cab was also booked via the hotel. ||When I finally went for clearing the payment, they said they can't provide bills for all 3 rooms as it is a system generated process & bills will only generate upon check out. Being a professional I accepted their explanation as serious & paid the full payment for all 3 rooms, took the hard copy bill of my room only & asked them to send scan copy of balance bills to my email and provided them with my visiting card. Parallely I asked the vendor to collect hard copy bills & send me by courier. Additionally they told me that cab payment has to be made in cash. So I paid INR 950 in cash and told them to provide the bill along with hotel bill.||However I didn't receive any email from the hotel till date. The vendor couriered me the bills & I found that one of the bill has been printed against my name again with a different room no., though I had taken my bill on the same day itself. So the invoicing had nothing to do with system generated. Neither did they provide the cab bill. Upon calling the hotel, they say that shift staff will arrive at 3pm & will respond then, said that even in a very rude manner.||Not at all recommended for official or business visits where the bills are of utmost importance. Apart from that, I will personally never recommend for family visits also. Reception staff is most arrogant & are never ready to understand your problem. Room quality is basic. Amenities in room are also provided upon enquiring viz Dental & Shaving kits. The bed sheets etc are not cleaned properly. Overall is a waste of money.||I don't expect the hotel management to be serious & take action against reviews.|Request professional organizations not to annoy their guests in such manner when far better service is available vide internet today & that also in same or...

It is one of the bad hotels I visited recently. I checked in at 2 am and the first shock was there is no hot water supply in the room. I was told, when I contacted the reception, that hot water will be available after 6 am only. As I reached by a long journey, I took head-bath with cold water at that time (because of COVID situation). The second shock is the bedsheets are so dirty and with a lot of hair from previous users. Seems that bedsheets are re-re-re-.... used. Cleanliness is totally zero. Room service staff are not wearing masks and no COVID precautions. I dont...
