|I had a wedding booking where I had 2 banquet booking and had booked about 20 rooms for 3 days. ||The banquet and the food was top notch. But your rooms were horrendous. I don’t know if you people take house keeping serious. ||Incident 1: My fiancé and her mom had checked in a few weeks before the wedding to shop in Hyderabad. One of the days they had given the room keys at the reception for house keeping. And no one cared to do it and when questioned they started blaming shifts. I’m the customer and I want my room to be serviced and at 10 PM when they returned, the room was in a disarray. If it was not for Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Suraj, I would’ve shifted my wedding location, their hospitality and warmth made me continue the booking. |||Incident 2: The first check-in in the hotel happened at 6AM on 2nd Nov, 2023. The corridors smelled horribly and the towels which were given had all kinds of spots on them. The front desk assured that it would be fixed by the time the rest of the guests came in. At 11:00 AM I went to check the rooms and the corridors. The same smell continued, I raised the issue again. I was assured again that it would be fixed. When the rest of the people checked in around 3 PM, the corridors were still smelling like pee. When I asked the front desk - Mr. Ravikanth didn’t even listen to me. He in fact closed his ears and started making faces at me. Imagine spending lakhs of rupees for a substandard stay and the front desk person giving me attitude on top of that. The house keeping incharge - Haritha started saying that it is because of the pesticides. I believed her but 3 days later the smell was still the same. The corridors were smelling of pee for all 3 days of my stay. Multiple guests complained about a lack of response both from room service, house keeping and the front desk. It has left an extremely poor taste for my guests and has spoilt my wedding celebrations. House keeping is absolutely horrendous and Ms. Haritha giving reasons like pesticides etc, it is so silly. As a customer do I care what the origin of the smell is? No I don’t, I just want the rooms to be neat and your corridors to be clean. The entire corridor smelled like pee. If you have any interest in being a serious hotel you should go right now and check the corridor, I will guarantee you that there will be pee smell. I am so sure about the bad house keeping services. The house keeping and front desk people you employed are grossly incompetent and deflect blame instead of taking action and resolving the issue. Housekeeping never happened unless explicitly asked for that too after multiple reminders. |||Incident 3: We were assigned room 208 for one of our guests. It was stinking. When asked to replace the room - the front desk person - Mr. Gopalan said that there were no extra rooms available. When Ms. Haritha intervened suddenly a room became available. Why did Mr. Gopalan tell there are no rooms available? Why is the staff first saying no to everything without even checking?||Incident 4: We were told that the bride and groom would be given a room to get dressed up as we had booked the banquet. So when we turned up at the hotel at 3:30 PM so that the make up for the bridge can be applied we were rejected the room saying that it was already occupied by another guest. We had the banquet booking from 6PM and since you are from the wedding industry you should be knowing that a bridge takes at least 3-4 hours for her attire to be ready. We were denied both the rooms till about 6 PM, we didn’t even occupy one of the rooms. |||Inspite of all of this, We made a full payment because unlike the hotel, we still stick to our words. |||I would like to highlight the efforts that Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Suraj took to make us comfortable despite all the troubles we went through with your hotel staff and the house...

However, on family request, he agree to allow check-in at 10 am . The name of man sitting at counter was RAVIKANT. ||(3) after several requests to early check-in, he allotted us room no 101.It was one of the worst room in this hotel. I had objected and requested to give room at the 2nd floor. He again shows me the worst options. Read more4 years ago - The place is expanding and under renovation. But service and staff attitude are impeccable, as is the food. Housekeeping is also great, but there is room for improvement. Waiting to see them grow and maintain standards.
Oct 2023 - This business is a classic example of an opportunity gone to waste. Despite being in an enviable location and having great assets, the owners are nowhere keen to see it grow. Quite satisfied with the revenue from their two restaurants on site and the newly constructed banquet hall, the hotel is largely ignored. The housekeeping, though good, is not streamlined, with no management oversee or induction programme , almost none of the housekeeping staff are aware of the presence or correct location of the RO water. So when asked for extra water, they instantly supply you with bottled water. The food is expensive compared to the two restaurants on site, and the manager sneaks in a totally illegal 5% service charge on the in house food bills unless you ask for it to be removed.
