From my childhood to now, I've been a frequent visitor to this place. It remains the ultimate destination for genuine and exceptional North Indian flavors, capturing the hearts of every Hyderabadi 💕. ⏳ The only downside is the considerable wait time; finding a spot can be a challenge. Pathetic crowd, down market filthy ambience, the worst ever service. Nobody will take your order for more than 30mins straight. 1 star for passable quality and taste of food. This place is only suitable for cheap experience if money is a huge concern in your life. The place is overcrowded and filled with rudely loud people especially on weekends.

The ACs in the AC section do not work, there are no fans to compensate either so you would be eating and sweating simultaneously. The ceilings are broke too. Hygiene is appalling. Not sure how they even got a clearance from the food department. The staff is clearly over worked and underpaid.The owner doesn't care about any customer experience clearly. The good ratings are clearly by ignorant people who do not understand food and give importance to price and quantity over quality. Very very pathetic place..

Overall if you love food and do not want to ruin your stomach and mood as soon as you walk in to the place, avoid this Dhaba...

Very rude manager. What’s the use of good food when u gonna behave bad and rude towards customer. We wanted to pay online. He gave two numbers which weren’t working and he started blaming us that we don’t have money and all . Somehow we managed to pay in cash and He told us that people should have bank balance to come here . Place is small but attitude is of five star hotel level. At least 5 star places have decent managers and good behaviour. Worst experience. Behaviour like this is not at all suitable for food places . Santhosh dhaba should never hire people who are rude to customers in this way. We have never faced such atrocious behaviour...
