FabHotel Kumar — Hotel in Indore City

Among the many FAB Hotels located in Vijay Nagar, this one is located on the service road of the Agra-Bombay main road right above the IDBI Bank building and opposite to the Sai Sansthan school. All Rooms are extra large sized, easily accommodating up-to 4 people along with Complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee is offered around 8 AM to all guests. The staff is usually helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. And this is where the good part about this hotel ends. ||Coming to the cons, Bathrooms are average to below average with bare minimum toiletries, Air-Conditioning is not up-to the mark especially during the summers and to top it all, there is no mini refrigerator provided. WiFi Signal drops continuously inside the rooms but is marginally better in the corridor. It is clearly visible that this old Hotel which was originally called Kumars Hotel was actually very poorly re-branded as FAB Hotel. ||Overall Experience with FAB Hotel Kumar can be termed as good to very good but clearly short of excellent. Some major infrastructure rectification as pointed out above would do a world of good considering its prime location right on...

It is the worst hotel for anyone to stay. I visited recently with my friends to Indore and decided to stay in this hotel. There was no room cleaning done, nor we had hot water provision during our stay. No basis amenities were provided. This was promised at the time of booking. Every time we called the reception to complain but it was royally ignored. TV was not functioning properly. The Owner of the hotel is extremely Rude and this is what he has to say " Don't expect customer service from us. You are getting bed to sleep that's it". I am wondering how people are staying in this hotel where the owner is not at all cooperative. He doesn't want to listen customer complain.

For all the people who visit Indore specially near Vijaya Nagar, I would recommend not to stay in this hotel. If you decide to stay then please do not expect anything from hotel staff or this useless owner. They are there just to earn money, nothing else. I wish there was a negative rating or option to not rate at all. I do not wish to even rate this hotel. It should be called as "Cheap Lodge" .
