OYO 15730 Ss Regency Anmex — Hotel in Indore City

I stayed there in room 402 from 13th to 17th February 2019. It was the worst of the oyo rooms that I have stayed so far

1. The linens were not clean. When we asked them to change, they said no fresh linens are available and they will do it the next day. So I had to sleep in the dirty bed.

2. They didn't provide me mineral water to drink. The water provided by them was very dirty. All the oyo rooms provide at least 1 mineral water bottle per day. They said they will give only filtered water

3. They first accomodated me in room 102. The room key was not provided to us and when asked they told us it was with one of their staff and will be given to us the next day. The key never arrived and we had to go out for sightseeing the next day without even locking our room. Then i had to make a lot of mess and finally they made us to shift to room 402 by next day evening

4. We had stayed there for 4 days and the toilets were never cleaned. Many times i called the reception and scolded them and they said the cleaning boy was on leave. So they never cleaned our toilets

5. We had paid almost 100Rs per person for breakfast per day. The food provided was horrible. I asked them to provide food at 8am and they will give at 9 or 9.30. There was no tea or coffee available

6. I had to make a lot of argument with the receptionist to give us a toilet kit that is provided by oyo. At last they gave me one which i had to use for all 4 days

7. I had called up to oyo to resolve all these issues and the response from them was also very poor.

To be frank, I am fed up with oyo. Please take other good hotels available nearby which are much cheaper and provide better...

Very odd location it's situated in residence colony there is no hotlling syestems it's made on indivisldual house and hotel staff has taken phone for rate his hotel with excuse of Sir please give me your phone to check your teriff. They commited to breakfast avauavail at hotel there us no facility at all .

Newly property. Rooms are quite big. Hotel is very difficult to find. Staff is good. On my second condition visit Room did not have rooms keys , TV not working, ac not working. Newly property only disappointed to see...
