Hi,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel on September 28, 2025. I was traveling with my family and chose your hotel due to its proximity to Indore airport for an early flight on September 29.

Upon arrival, the reception area seemed unstaffed, with several individuals playing Ludo and ignoring our attempts to get assistance. Our room was untidy and had a strong cigarette odor. The ceiling fan was stuck on full speed, the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the balcony was unacceptably dirty with pan spitting marks. Furthermore, the television was non-functional.

The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning. There was no hot water available, despite multiple requests to the reception staff who repeatedly promised it would be supplied within 10-15 minutes, but it never arrived. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant odor and was in a deplorable state, resembling a public toilet.

Despite informing the reception multiple times about these issues, no one came to check on our needs or address our concerns.

They have well maintained rooms but didn't accommodate early checkin.They said rooms are available for early checkin when I called ,but on reaching the location, they provided a small unhygienic temporary room in a separate building that too with extra earluly check in charges.The staff was not at all helpful and not all responsive. They provided us the allocated booked room after couple of hours which was small with a single sofa ,cupboard, a mirror along with bed ,it was clean and well maintained but did not have table or tea/coffee arrangements.
