Biryani By Kilo, which has both traditional and vegetarian biryani on its menu, offers three biryani variants—Hyderabadi, Lucknowi and Kolkata. It has also expanded to kebabs, kormas and desserts. we ordered mutton Hyderabadi biryani and it was so good. Before eating make sure you mix it well , it has 3 layers and they serves it with curry , if you want you can mix curry with biryani ,it enhances the taste . They have options if you want boneless or with bones biryani . They also serves veg biryani's. minimum time of 90minutes is taken to delivered it to your doorsteps. Biryani comes up with a little pot known 'aanch' . If you want to wait for about 10-20 min. After biryani being delivered you can light a candle of aanch and put biryani pot on it and enjoy hot biryani . they also have starter's and we ordered veg galouti kebab , kebabs was soft and tasty comes with green chutney . also we tried matka phirni and it was super delicious . we highly recommend biryani by kilo . Excellent Concept of providing the Handi as it is. The feel of re-heating your stuff on Aanch ( Earthen bowl with two wax candles) and then opening the Dum is simply awesome. Ordered meal combo having nice ginger lemonade, chili chicken, hyderabadi chicken dum biryani with sweet dish Phirni. The combo is just delicious and scores a 5 out of 5. Biryani by Kilo has recently launched new exotic Flavors of Biryanis, Kebabs & much more like ChickenTikka Biryani, Tandoori Chicken Biryani, Rara Mutton Biryani, Paneer Tikka Biryani, Dal Shahi and Punjabi Fish Fry. Apart from Biryanis, BBK menu also features dishes such as Chicken Ghee Roast; Chicken & Paneer 65, Veg & Mutton Galoutis, loved desserts like Phirni. For vegetariansthere is Peshawari Chole, Kathal & Paneer Biryanis; Paneer 65, Paneer Nawabi and Burani Raita, all of which are from Nizami tradition & utterly delicious.
