Disappointment beyond expectations! (New 140 scheme outlet)

When pizza don started in indore (the vijaynagar branch), they served unique pizzas and we always tried thier pizzas at the first place. They are good at service, pizza presentation and everything.

This new branch is not following the legacy. We ordered three pizzas in different categories, garlic bread, soups and drinks. The servicemen didn't bother to ask the crust and chose by his own. Then the problem is they served it very quickly.

Like within 10 minutes, back to back everything was on table, but not in the right order. Like first came garlic bread, that's ok, then came the spicy pizza with the thin crust (we were expecting thick as we have tried the same earlier), then came another pizza and then he came with soup, then within seconds he dropped another neopolitan pizza.

We sent the last one back as we could nt just gulp everything at once. Maybe it was our mistake that we chose evrything at first glance and told them. We finished the earlier pizza and asked them to send the last pizza. They actually reheated the pizza in wood fire and sent the same pizza back to us.

If you have evr tried Neopolitan, you should understand how these pizzas will taste while re-heating. The big problem is the attitude of the staff, they were careless and don't even bothered about our complaints.

This is disgusting and people have many other options to try pizzas in indore now. Totally not...

Visited the place recently, the place has been quiet heavily promoted by indori zyaka over instagram, so I though of giving the place a try.

The place is situated at back side of country inn (now a days a lot of cafes are getting opened in that area). Ambiance is good, Gives a feel of sitting in a expensive cafe which it is, if you want to impress someone definetly take them here.

I tired their fully loaded pizza and Arrabbiata sauce pasta along with virgin mojito and a glass of thumbup, Well they never served the thumbsup that was a very big disappointment that even after the place was 80% empty and they only had 2 tables to serve they cant even get the order right.

Taste of pasta and pizza was good, pizza was thin crust and i liked it. Pasta was overaloaded with too much black pepper (khadi kali mirchi) I was spitting it out everytime it came in my mouth or finding it before taking a bite.

Mojito was good but they took quiet some time to deliver mojito and coke never got served.

Overall service can be improved, hospitaltiy is ok. Places has rates on a little higher side but they are not cutting corners in food the pasta and pizza was loaded with exotic vegitables so not complaining about the rates. Quantity to price ratio is a little less compared to other options in market. I would have given them 3.5 but zomato doesnt has 3.5 option anymore so 3 rating is right for them

You might say that I am biased, but yeah, I love Pizza Don's stuff a bit too much! The food, the ambiance, the service, everything is pretty much on point. I've been here countless times, and the experiences have been insurmountable, to say the least. The food is delectable, the service has been quiet but fast, the place feels nice whenever you go out with your families or friends alike, and the food has been insta-worthy (if that's something you're into).

What makes a pizza a pizza? It is pretty simple. The base: comprising of the dough, the sauce, and the cheeses. And it is safe to say that Pizza Don has all of the three essentials to making a good pizza nailed down immaculately. Plus, the pastas and the garlic bread are insanely good. If you don't want to take my word for it, go and try it for yourself, you wouldn't be disappointed, MARK MY WORDS. Get yourself something to drink as well, as the 🥛 and the 🍹s are well thought out. The entire menu is pretty elaborate. Ask for recommendations and you shall receive them from the men-on-duty there.

The only complaint I have (this is me nitpicking now) is that this is a purely vegetarian place. I wish they'd cater to the non-vegetarian folks as well, but oh well, that's something which is I guess not possible? Who knows.
