Hotel Winway — Hotel in Indore City

We stayed on three different occasions in this property and here are our observations/ experiences:

Location - The hotel is located on RNT Marg, 700m from Indore Jn. Hardly a 5-7 min walk, which is very good. Can't expect a better location for sure

Room - The deluxe rooms are bigger an better and preferable for families. The rooms are clean, well lit and facilities are at par with hotels in this segment.

Staff - Unprofessional. They need better training on how to handle guests. When guests have a requirement or a concern, they simply try to exploit the situation by trying to upsell their products. For example, we asked for a late checkout until 2PM, which they refused saying that the rooms are sold out. They then offered late checkout at an additional payment. This is fine, but there is a way to handle these situations... We also had another concern - we were 2 adults and 1 child and requested allotment of a room with king bed, for our subsequent check in. However, this request was not considered and they allotted a twin bed and refused an extra mattress saying that a child is not eligible for the extra mattress and we need to pay extra. The next defense was that the rooms with king bed was sold out. After much deliberation, they offered a room with a king bed, which made the experience bitter. Such behavior is very unprofessional and bitter. The only motive that the staff had was to upsell and make money. Please note - I am not against upselling services, but there needs to be professionalism in the manner in which the staff treat guests and they cannot take people for granted. This is unacceptable.

Breakfast - Good. There was variety and food was tasty.

Restaurant - Food in general was good and nothing to complain.

Linen and Bath accessories - Good, but some of the towels are stained and looks old. Only one set of Bathroom accessories were kept and we had to ask for more as we were...

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Winway Hotel in Indore. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well-organized. The complimentary welcome drink was a delightful gesture that instantly made me feel valued as a guest.

The service at Winway Hotel was top-notch. The staff were incredibly prompt and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and a smile. The breakfast spread was simply divine, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a delightful note.

The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free and seamless. To my pleasant surprise, I was given an extra hour for check-out as my train was running late. Moreover, I was allowed to rest comfortably in the lobby area during this time, which showcased their thoughtfulness and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The quality of the room I stayed in was superb. It was well-appointed and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making my stay even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi worked like a charm, providing a reliable and fast connection throughout my time at the hotel.

One of the major advantages of Winway Hotel is its proximity to the Indore station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and comfortable stay in Indore.

This property will make you happy. It is in a great location, hardly 15-20 minutes from Rajwada (sarafa bazaar) and 56 dukaan. You will get auto rickshaws almost anytime during the day and night. The lobby is cozy and grand at the same time with comfortable sofas. It smells nice and very welcoming. They have another section in front of the lifts that you can sit in . Again modern and clean. The rooms are mazing with ample storage space like big cupboard and 4 drawers. They have a mini fridge s well as a kettle . The beds are huge and linen clean nd crisp. The housekeeping services are daily. The lighting yellow and adequately luxurious . Even the aisle is perfectly lit, with shiny floors and smells nice. The room service food is good. Breakfast buffet is value for money. Not that elaborate but considering the price it works. There is 24 hr hot water in the washroom. However i found the washroom a little stinky hut nothing that would bother you much. Our room didn't have any view . The folks at reception are very professional and helpful. Amazing stay will...
