Shreemaya Celebration — Restaurant in Indore City

This place is really nice but had a really bad experience with staff. So I ordered 20 cream rolls and I was told it would take some time so I was waiting patiently. So after waiting for 30 minutes I see that the staff packed those cream rolls to some other customer who came after me. When I complained to the staff that it was my order she said wait for some more time. Then I went to the cash counter to cancel my order as there was not a single cream roll packed. The billing staff went to check and lied to me only 5 cream rolls are left to be packed so wait. As I can clearly see only 5 cream rolls were packed by them I told the billing staff I am not a Indore local and I am at Gokuldas Hospital with my relative and urgently need to leave for Hospital for some paperwork so give me whatever cream rolls you have packed. Now the billing staff's tone turned rude and he gave me 15 rolls. During this whole time not a single time they apologized. So I wasted 45 minutes there and left with a really bad experience.

Hello foodies, Visited the place...

They have renovated their ambiance I haven't visited them from a long time... The place wasn't recognisable at first.. but ambiance is a lot nicer and classic now.. white walls... Wooden sitting.. spacious... In short gives a clear look of a cafe now.

Shreemaya celebrity is famous for its snacks cakes and other stuff... Well cakes at the place are really really good. This time I visited the place to try their drinks and starters and sizzlers.

Now talking about the food, I ordered spring rolls and veg sizzlers, and baked veg.

Spring rolls were really nice... They were really tasty specially the stuffing they had and was nicely served. Whereas sizzlers weren't good... Have heard about their sizzlers but they were a disappointment coz I didn't liked them... served was very well but the taste was ok, even apna has better sizzlers then them..at the end baked veg was really good..

Overall experience was good, service was fast... no problem in hospitality but won't be recommending...
