Our recent visit was a rollercoaster of disappointment. We were excited to bring friends after a great first visit, but things went south fast.
My husband, on a keto diet, just asked for some cucumber and carrots on the side (for a fee) with a dish we had ordered. Simple, right? Nope. They denied not once, but twice. My husband told the staff that they shouldnât be so stringent like Taj hotels and be more accommodating. It took way too much effort to sort out, involving the owner who, at first apologetic, suddenly flipped at my husband saying âhow can you compare this to taj and you canât talk to my staff like that.â The staff complained to her and put a very wrong allegation. The tone and context in which it was said was completely forged by the staff. Being polite to resolve conflict is the number rule in hospitality.
The staff repeatedly interrupted our meal by clearing plates, and got confused over simple requests, such as lime and salt.
Everyone lacked basic communication and customer service skills. We genuinely hope you guys learn from this, but unfortunately, we won't be back. Best of...

Read morerecently visited Piccolo Cafe and absolutely loved the place! From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and warm lighting created a perfect setting for a relaxing time. The decor was aesthetic, and the vibe was just rightânot too loud, not too dullâmaking it an ideal spot to unwind.
The food was amazing! I tried the Penne Pasta and Madagascar Frappe, and both were delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked with rich flavors, and the frappe was smooth and refreshing. Every bite was worth it!
What truly made my experience special was the exceptional service. A big shoutout to Shrestha, who was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us at the right moments, and served everything with a genuine smile. Itâs rare to come across staff who are so dedicated to making guests feel welcome, and she definitely made my visit even better.
