Mahadev Restaurant — Restaurant in Indore City

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. On a previous visit I was able to order a half portion of a dish for one person so I returned expecting the same. This time, the staff said only certain dishes, like palak could be halved. I agreed to order palak paneer but they changed their stance, saying only palak matar could be halved. To clarify I had to go downstairs to speak with the boss, who assured me I could order a half portion and said he would inform the staff.

When I went back upstairs, the staff then claimed there was no palak available at all, offering excuses instead. As a hungry customer having to go up and down the stairs multiple times due to their miscommunication was unacceptable. The disorganised service and poor coordination made for a terrible experience. I have got a very bad experience with this hotel. First time we visited the hotel, they told us to sit at ground floor. And just infront of our table one guy was cleaning bathroom, which is rediculos. We than requested them to allow us sit on their other floor sitting, they refused it saying there are no waiters to server on 2nd floor.
