PUNCHIN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Hello guys,

visited the place recently for lite dinner... the place has opened in place where there was atithi satkar near patang. location is very prime in the front of vijay nagar.

Ambiance of the place is one of the things to talk about, it has that classic look with good lighting big projector TV and indori slang on the walls which is enjoyable every time you read it.

Now talking about the food. I had their man-chow soup, served in a unique way, we also ordered their veg platter. Well both the things were really tasty, specially the platter as it was served with 6 unique chatni's and i lived everyone with the platter. soup was perfect as it should be also they served us complimentary papad in the shape of cone which i enjoyed

Service and hospitality of the place is nice. They were taking care of the table and i didnt had to wait for them to appear to ask for anything which was a very good point as its missing now a days from a lot of restaurant, the only thing that disappoointed me was the platter, i saw its pic on zomato and instagram (indoriZyaka) it looked really tasty with a lot of variety in it.. well the platter served was normal and was decent compared to what they have posted for their promotion. i guess promotion can make a fool now.

Overall the place is not too costly , price is genuinely perfect, price to quanity ratio is good (considering soup) rest i dont have any complaint other than what you see is not what you get.

Sunita Bendrey from Mumbai, Very bad experience with the punchin restaurant Indore scheme no 54 . we have visited on 29th May 24 Due to my parents anniversary , By 10.30 For Dinner we are total no. of 11 people so obviously it will take some time . But we noticed that staff is busy on their own talk nobody was bother about the serving we have to take food by ourselves and worst experience while closing they are literally forcing us to finish the dinner fast by 11.45 because it's there closing time almost 4 time's he came and said that you need to finish your dinner before 12 pm as they have to take a video call and show that there restaurant is neat and clean so they want as to go out before that 😡😡😡 I don't understand if they don't get a customer then how the restaurant will run if they want to take a video call then also it's a good thing that you have a customer till 12 pm. what is the big deal in that if customer is having dinner while video call. in Mumbai we have a restaurant open till 1 am or 2 as well. So now finally I will never visit again in this restaurant after spending 8000 if we get treatment like this who will go to get insulted by the staff. Review from my side...

The place is bank opposite Meghdoot garden in indore. Offers drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The interior of the place is very neatly done. The owners have tried to capture the essence of indore specially the vernacular effect with the slangs used by the Indories. The place has a good parking. Punch in has been given three stars because of the taste of the food offered here. The location the ambience and the service here is very nice. The bar has to do seriously something about the taste of the food. This can surely become the talk of the Town. All the best and hope they make the required changes.
