Live on IND1243 — Hotel in Indore City

Nothing other then a real horrible experience.I am sharing here so that non of you will go through with this.The staff is too much impolite, they are not providing anything of basic ameneties like soap, towel as well drinking water, when asked for anything they said "bahar se le aao". Water Supply is always an issue at midnight when you are at washroom be careful the water tank is empty, and then they say, "subah 6 bje pani aaega" With too much impolite.just to enjoying my trip weekend I just Ignored all this but last night of my stay its too serious I asked for card payment and pay invoice one of the staff member abused and threatend me. So much third class facility don't know why they are still in market. One Secret thing I have to share be more careful at the time of couple checkin as they have Secret holes on their room walls....

These guys do not honor the booking made through their direct website listed on google, because they shifted the management to oyo but didn't close down the official website, which still is running and accepting bookings. They don't tell you this, and cancel it without intimation at last minute, refund is yet to come after 1.5 months of cancellation, and when you call they are extremely rude. They tell that you have booked through google, that is not our website, go and ask the web person to pay you back. Beware of these...

One of the worse OYO Hotels at prime locations in Indore. Except Utkarsh, Receptionist no one knows how to talk with guests. When I was checked in, TV was not installed, AC Remote was not provided and it fixed to 23° temperature. Water leakage from AC and it spread across on the floor. Room 207 was very dirty. All power wires pulled out. Above all, owner of this OYO, he is impolite not doesn't know...
