Hotel Connect - Luxury Stay — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Totally a Horrible experience. I booked the hotel through make my trip. A day before check in I contacted the hotel representative (Oyo staff ) and they said my booking is not confirmed. I was told by the Oyo staff to cancel the booking and try again to avail discoun and I did the same. I informed them about my early check in too. Once I reached the hotel early in the morning, no receptionist was there. A room boy was sleeping on the couch. He was very rude to the guest and kept on saying that our booking is not confirmed as well. I showed him the booking details and he asked me to pay the remaining amount by showing a QR code. I paid that too. Later he took me to the room that was supposed to be a classic double room. As per the booking info there should be TV, AC and side table and chairs. Unfortunately there were nothing except a queen size bed. I went through the room and found window was almost damaged and couldn't close. The toilet was unhygienic. No soap/body was given. No remote for the AC. There were no hangers or cupboard to keep our stuffs. I went to the room boy again informed all these. He showed up and somehow closed the window and told me to wait until morning for the arrangements. I asked him to provide another room. He said "No this is your room". I was not happy with the treatment. I waited till morning for the receptionist. Unfortunately, the response was same. AC remote was given after many requests,no batteries inside of it. Water provided was filled by themselves.No trash bin in or out.No lift available. Don't choose this place if you are looking for a pleasant stay. Worst hotel. My experience was so pleasent and great with Superb Hotel - Hotel Connect, Jaipur. Here I met some dedicated and nice humble Managers Mr. Choudhary & Mr. Sharma. They are very polite, humble and so helpful. They really managed this hotel well as well as they cared for each and every person who stay here. I also like to mention here about the House keeping Manager another Mr. Sharma and his staff, who work hard for the cleanliness of this hotel and rooms. We booked 2 premium rooms from makemytrip for this hotel. When we reached the hotel they said we have only one premium room available and the other is normal. We paid for premium rooms and stayed in a normal room. they didn't return the difference amount and they always say we will receive payment from mmt after one month that's why they gave rooms offline even though we already booked. Then why are you listing your hotel online? The staff was totally unprofessional. If you are booking online please select reputed hotels only not like this Where they don't care...
