Hotel Dior Jaipur — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Pros: Room service. They were quick at fixing the issues. Location. Walking distance from jal Mahal. Cons: Room wasn't ready when we reached, had to wait for 30mins and only got 1 room (we booked 2). No parking and nobody to guide at the entrance to find a parking spot. Hotel is difficult to spot since it's inside a very narrow and congested road. Inexperienced and unprofessional staff at reception. Very small lift. Room was dusty, furniture was old and not well maintained. We booked 2 rooms - 1 Family room (mentioned as Suite on website) and 1 Premium room. Both rooms were identical and there was no extra space. Pics posted on website are misleading. Now with that many cons how can you expect a better washroom. The ugliest designed washroom I have ever seen in any hotel. Placement of basin, shower and toilet seat was totally out of proportion. There is a key on every bathroom door of the hotel to close the door (even at a reception). This was the worst experience of my life yet. We did not get the same kind of room which were showed on the FabHotels site. On FabHotels site the room was quite specious, there was 8×6 foot carpet in front of bed and 3×6 carpet besides the bed. We booked the room with three occupancy, this cost us 50% extra. But actually in my room there was no carpet around the bed and maximum 3-4 foot free area was available in the room around the bed. Also the amenities given was only for two occupancies.

When I spoke at reception, they told that the pic presented by FabHotels on the site is for the different category and they denied to change the room. This was really pathetic I don't know to whom I should blame FabHotels or Dior. But, this was completely a waist of money. This was my first and likely last visit to FabHotel Dior Pink City hotel. I used to check-in in Radisson and Ginger Jaipur always in the same price. We booked FabHotels first time due to unavailability of room in Ginger and Radisson. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Every thing else is just terrible. Hotel claims to have parking , in actual they will ask you to park in street where residents would be fighting over parking space Rooms were small - I had booked room for three as i was travelling with my family but there was hardly any space for extra bed (on floor) . Please note that i had paid extra for bigger room (which was advertised as fits 3) Room Service - As we were tired , we ordered food in and it turns out to be super cold. Bed-sheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty Bed-sheets were torn is several places, when we complained about it , staff promised us to get it changed next day which never happened Rooms were not cleaned next day and no new towels were provided unless asked twice.
