I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Jaipur Dreams from December 19th to 22nd, and I'm sharing my honest feedback.
Pros: The booking process was smooth, especially with an offline same-day booking. The owner, Mr. Zaheer, was very helpful in offering a decent discount and ensuring a stress-free stay. The room was clean and spacious, although a few rooms lack windows due to limited ventilation. The hotel’s location is perfect, just 800 meters from Jal Mahal and close to key forts like Amber, Jaigarh, and Nahargarh. It’s also easy to reach main attractions like Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and City Palace by e-rickshaw from Ramgarh Mod (Near Hotel). Food quality was good, and the rooftop dining provided a scenic view of the forts, enhancing the overall experience. Catering Staff was polite and attentive.
Cons: Service was a bit slow, especially for room requests like tea or cleaning. The reception service, in particular, took some time to respond. Parking is a major issue. While they offer parking next to the hotel or across the street, the space is often occupied by taxis, and the area isn’t very clean. Parking is a challenge, especially with the proximity to the main gate and the unhygienic conditions of the alley (foul smell and standing water). Tree sap from the peepal tree in the parking area also made my car very dirty. There is no car cleaning facility, so if you park near the hotel, expect your vehicle to get dirty due to dust and tree sap.
Overall, despite the parking and service delays, I had a good stay and would recommend the hotel if they address these issues. I hope they work on improvements for an even better experience...
Read moreVery poor service They confirmed to me that they had to repay me amount and then they didn't. Started ignoring my calls also. Very unprofessional and service was very poor. Hotel room light key card holder was not working properly and no water in wc. Very poor and arrogant staff. Also, staff there at reception don't care about customers. You need to ask them for everything including water. In fact they ask you to visit their restaurant at roof top for daily food which is way to expensive. You can easily get cheaper decent hotels at...
