Place was good and as shown in picture. A little concern about one of the staff being a little rude. Others were good and cooperative. Nice place and food is fine too. Like I cannot say food was amazing (veg food).

I tasted veg cheese grilled sandwich - It was okay, like worth eating but you can vet better at any roadside cafe.

Another thing was aalu payaz ka pranta - It was not upto my expectation. Also only curd no butter and when I asked for extra butter staff there who was talking fine before suddenly switched to Hindi and a little higher, kinda aggressive tone saying "uske paise alag lgenge" (that will be charged extra) I found that really bad. Like you can generously say that as you were talking before. Then, till the time we got it almost our food was half finished. Manager is good though.

In beverages we had, masala tea (I don't consume tea generally and nor did I had that one but my friends definitely didn't liked it his opinion was it's just normal tea, not masala tea.

Second beverage wad fresh lime water that was fantastic, I loved that. To be honest, the only thing I loved there.

Third was Virgin mojito, kinda too sweet Okayish you know. Nothing special. Many cafe's out there have way better.

Cutlery and all was quite fine and clean. Hygiene was no concern.

Even though the taste of the food was decent, I will not recommend going to this place. All the 1 star reviews you see here are extremely genuine. The service was extremely slow, our order of beverages arrived after finishing both the courses (starters and main course). After a long wait they brought the beverages incorrectly prepared, did not follow specific requests made as to not put ice in the drink. The old guy who I believe is the manager/owner was also so rude and arrogant. We had asked for warm water twice. When we requested the second time, he said, “I just gave it to you.” The waiter was acting equally high-and-mighty, not admitting to his mistakes. When we pointed out the mistake in our order, he said, “oh what’s the big deal, I will correct it.” Despite being listed on Swiggy and offering a 10% discount, they denied the payment method and asked to pay in cash directly. This is definitely not a place to go, go eat at a road side dhaba, it will give you a much better service that the smug and rude staff if...

On our 2 day trip to jaipur, we stayed at trident hotel and for dinner we visited to rainbow resturant for dinner. From the ambience, interiors and housefull crowd, this resturant looked promising, but after settling down on a table, picture was different. People at other tables were already complaining because of delay in food for more than a hour. To us also owner himself promised that there will be max delay of 30 mins. 30 mins seems reasonable and we order here. But the food was actually delivered in 1 hour and 45 mins that too when we requested him 4 times. Over that, whenever anyone complained for delay this old owner had single line to say " app gaali dena chaho to delo, jab kah dia aapka order aa jaega to aa jaega". What I felt the reason of delay is they have a hotel over resturant, meeting timelines of zomato and then resturant customers and for all this a single kitchen.
