Hotel Jinendra Inn — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am still angry at my colleague because he is the one who booked this hotel, while I am writing this review. I'll share to the point remarks to help everyone.

Pros: *Clean room *Gyser and A/c working *WiFi is good

Cons: *Very Small room *Rooms in basement. So forget window, it might be suffocating if you don't switch on the a/c *Switches not working in the room *Breakfast is horrible as you get 1pc of paratha per person (that's what my kid's breakfast) and the order that too served after half n hour *Can't reach this hotel using Google maps (As we landed up 3-4kms away) *Holes in the bedsheets as if someone dropped while smoking *Cheap quality blanket which isn't good enough for 2 people *Not so courteous rather arrogant staff for whom everything is a joke

Crux: No understanding of what is required out of a hotel at this price point. Not at all...

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were decent, they were highly overpriced at ₹2800 + GST for 4 people. Unfortunately, the service and amenities did not match the price.

Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, and even water bottles were not provided. Despite asking for towels three times, the staff refused, claiming they hadn't been informed. They also charged ₹30 for a Bisleri bottle, which is unreasonably high.

The staff's attitude was shockingly rude. When we gave face-to-face feedback about their poor service, we were rudely dismissed, as if our opinion didn't matter.

This hotel needs to seriously improve its customer service and provide basic facilities to justify its rates. Would not recommend unless management works on...

Staff did not care about the well-being of guests at all. And they definetely asked for extra money which they put in their personal pocket.

We had to ask to change our linen twice before they really changed it for clean one.

For the first time, they only used air freshener and wet wipes or smth to clean linen from the previous guests. Manager or staff think that we are idiots or what?

Staff was very noisy during the night and did strange things like: they woke my sister up by knocking on her door at night!!!

When we asked manager about all of this he acted like everything is absolutely normal promising that he will do smth (he has done absolutely nothing)

Think twice before visiting...
