Worst hotel one could ever stay in We tried calling them to ask for early checkin, firstly they didn’t pick call and then the number wasn’t reachable. So we reached hotel directly where they charged 300₹ for 3hrs Even though it was mentioned on Goibobo booking that complimentary early checkin. Firstly they’ve given a key of the room where someone was already staying. Upon opening the door I saw the luggage. Luckily people were not there in the room at that time (breach of privacy) Then they’ve given another room key where the room was too smelly and dampness all over the walls. The tube light & AC of the room was also not working. Also it doesn’t have a TV. Upon complaining they changed the room. In third room finally we stayed. In this room also there was dampness. There was no water for half a day in washroom. There was a big layer of dust in table and bed. They used to turn off the AC from reception multiple times a day and turn it on only when we call them or visit reception. Multiple times when we asked for RO water their worker said RO is not working and we need to purchase packaged water When I asked manager he said there is no problem with RO and he sent the water later on. For our 3days of stay no one came for room cleaning and even the plates of the food we ordered remain in the passage as they didn’t picked it up from there as well. The window of the room was broken and hot air was coming from there constantly. We were in fear what if a bird comes in. Many of the switches of the rooms were either not working or broken. Room lock wasn’t working when tried to lock from outside. Every time we go out we need to spent 10-15mins to lock the door. On last day someone tried to open our door from outside multiple times early in the morning. It’s good that we used the latch on door. It’s a big safety concern. Most of the time they do not pick the call on reception and the given mobile number also remains busy. The wifi of the hotel was too slow to connect and even watch videos. But my overall experience for this property is below average .
Could be better and needs lots of improvements for getting status of 3 stars.
I would like to rate this property as below average because of following factors
The Restroom was too much dirty Sanitary wares not functional and in broken condition.
No Toiletries like (soap shampoo and handwash) and basic amenities like Towel were not provided.
The complimentary breakfast option has no Proper menu and Kitchen staff's appropriate way to Discuss with Guests, Food was not good as expected for Luxury upgrade Rooms.
Only factor that had attracted me and I would like this property is the
Kind behaviour of Owner and helpful receptionist...

We booked this room in advance based on online pictures that advertised it as a deluxe room, but the reality was disappointing. The hotel's condition was poor, with dirty walls and an unclean washroom that failed to meet basic hygiene standards. The bathroom drain, as seen in the photos, was grimy and worn, while the electrical outlet showed signs of dust and neglect. Despite requesting cleaning and service, the staff did not respond adequately, reflecting a lack of proper maintenance and customer care.
