Hotel O Jmd Hotel — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

It was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked this hotel via Oyo Rooms for a stay between December 13 and 15, 2024. Upon arrival the manager first made me and Mom wait for an hour for no specific reason. We kept standing for the whole period with our luggage, as there were no chairs or sofas, and later he denied us entry.

Though we already paid everything online, he asked us for extra cash💵! I called the Oyo representative; he was prompt & tried his best to convince the manager to let us check in. The manager only allowed us to check in when OYO Rooms agreed to fulfil the demands of the manager on their behalf. We were not provided with blankets, towels, or drinking water.

On Day 2 (Dec 14), we faced another issue; though we had already booked till the 15th, the manager called me in the morning about checkout. He droned on about check-out for no reason.

Day 3 (Dec 15): Probably the worst was yet to come. I was out for some work; the checkout time was 12 (I asked him; it was the same on Dec 13), but he kept harassing my mom from 9 AM. When I arrived at 10, he was like, Why are you not leaving this hotel?. I said I still have two hours left, to which he said, You have to pay extra 💰💵 for this too.

He abused me and my mom and even tried to threaten me. He called some people to pressurise me. He needs to work on his behaviour; I should have taken reviews from others more seriously.

Overall I highly suggest you opt for other hotels nearby. This is the first time I've had just a poor hotel experience in Jaipur. I wish I could give less...

I had a very terrible experience at this hotel. The receptionist denied our reservation when we arrived and demanded more 💶💸, despite having cleared everything online beforehand. Basic amenities were non-existent – no towels, soaps, or shampoo, and we were even denied drinking water🚰. The room was extremely small and not well ventilated and dirty, with stained bedsheets. Throughout our stay, the staff kept questioning us about when we were leaving, creating a hostile environment. On the day of checkout, he demanded an extra 600, which we refused. He started shouting at me, abusing me and even called goons to intimidate us. It was unacceptable behavior, especially towards a senior citizen (60+). We were, in the end, forced to 💸💶400 to leave.
