Townhouse Jagatpura Railway Station — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

First of all, it is quite far from all the landmarks in Jaipur (around 11-12 km), but it's a decent option if you're looking for a budget vacation.

•Cleanliness: 2/5 [Although the rooms were well-cleaned, in our three days stay the room wasn't cleaned once after we checked in] •Service: 2/5 [After checking-in the staff didn't knock even once to ask if we needed anything. Had to go down to fill water ourselves mostly because they were reluctant to provide anything other than packaged drinking water for which they would charge additionally] •Food: 4/5 [There's a rooftop restaurant which serves tasty food and great service. That's the sole kitchen of the hotel. Prices are in the normal range.] •Rooms: 3/5 [The room we were provided was small but sufficient for two people, however, there was paint chipping and plumbing leaks on the walls which made it rather ugly.] •Free Breakfast: 1/5 [Very very disappointed here. They provided breakfast for two days (poha, upma). Nothing to wash down. No tea, no coffee, nothing. I mean you'd hardly be in the spirits to explore around with an empty stomach in the morning.] •Safety: 4/5 [We didn't encounter any nuisance in this respect.] •Affordable: 5/5

If you're willing to compromise on breakfast and services to save a few bucks (after all you'll need the rooms only to sleep and be sightseeing during the day) this is a great option honestly, especially for students. Pathetic experience at this oyo We waited 1.5 hours after checkin to get the room The receptionist was asking for extra money because I have booked this hotel at low price using oyo coupon, however I refused to py because this is oyo hogel and i booked this room in their official app itself. The room they provided was entirely different from pictures. The rooms were very small dirty and it was in basement. The bedsheet has yellow stains and has hairs all over it, and when we asked them to change it then they replaced stained bedsheet with another bedsheet with “holes” in it. We asked for two glass but they dont have it too.. they provided disposable plastic glass. Terrible experience with their service. Dirty towels no hot water in bathroom. How can someone take bath with cold water in winter? Every service was delayed there and the receptionist Ghanshyam ( not sure if he told me his real name as he knew I am going to give bad feedback ) was clueless about everything we asked. We asked about breakfast then they told we will get by 11 am only, how can someone wait till 11 and they have strict rules that outside food is not allowed. This was pathetic.

Most important thing that they checked out at the same checkin day and bow I am not getting an option to give any feedback on this stay in oyo app, dont know if they did it intentionally so that i can not give review in oyo app.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be mindful before choosing this.

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Super OYO Townhouse 79651, specifically with the management's lack of professionalism and OYO's poor customer service. Despite booking a room with early check-in through OYO customer care and arriving at the hotel at 5:30 am after a cab ride from Jaipur airport, I was shockingly denied accommodation by the manager. This refusal was completely unacceptable, especially after I had made prior arrangements and paid for the room online.

What made matters worse was the appalling response from OYO's customer care team. When I reached out to them to address the issue, I was transferred three times, only to receive vague and unsatisfactory explanations. It's outrageous that despite having paid for a room, I was left stranded and out of pocket, having to spend additional money on transportation for a hotel that failed to honor my reservation.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking with Super OYO Townhouse 79651 or relying on OYO's customer service for any assistance. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I regret ever choosing this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel...
