Fake Ratings and Worst staff I have ever seen in my life..
I booked a room from oyo for half the original price by using a coupon code and went to hotel around 10 PM and I told him I have a booking in hotel so he asked my mobile to check booking ID but after 5 he returned my mobile saying you again have to pay extra 400 rs saying the price mentioned in the oyo is wrong (mean while he went to Google maps and rated his hotel 5 starts which even I don't know that till next day) then I refused to give him extra money as I booked through Oyo and paid the said amount online
Then he said I will not allow you for checkin and demanded me extra money so I contact oyo cc and explained them what was happened to me then the oyo representative call to hotel but he rejected the call and said I didn't get any call from oyo
Even I gave my mobile to him he refused to speak with customer care saying ask them to call on our hotel number and after 45 min of discussion with him and oyo customer care representative he finally allowed me to checkin at 11 PM

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at OYO hotel, Townhouse 453, Malviya Nagar Jaipur. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it is important to bring certain issues to your attention.
The room I was assigned exhibited several concerns that significantly impacted my overall comfort. The cleanliness standards were below par, with broken tiles, an untidy washroom, a dirty bed, and a broken door. Additionally, the amenities promised seemed outdated and poorly maintained, not matching the information listed on the Oyo app.
I would also like to highlight that illegal work is being carried out at the OYO property.
Despite my attempts to communicate these concerns to the staff, the response was not as helpful as I had hoped. There seemed to be a lack of urgency in addressing these matters, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. Moreover, they insisted on extra payment upon arrival and exhibited extreme rudeness.
I believe honest feedback is crucial for the improvement of any establishment, and I hope that you take this input seriously. I trust that you will address these issues promptly to enhance the experience for future guests. This is not a property a family should ever choose to stay.

Firstly we booked room through oyo in this hotel in 552 INR But when we have arrived they asked 500 extra and they refused to give room. But after long conversation he gave us the room. But room was very bad smell and paint smell as well. And washroom flexi/ bathroom hand shower also not working. And there is no single window or something. Like there is no air for breathing. We asked many times to change our room but they didn’t. And bed sheet also was used , basically room was not ready to use. Its like under construction. Mainly when you opened the main door , you will find the openly garbage just outside the room. If there is option for uploading pictures i will do that as proof. And then we placed one order ( veg pakoda) and we called two three times for it but after waiting long 1 hour there was no order received. And outside food not allowed in the room , tell me what you will do in this case? Receptionist behaviour was very very bad. This was my bad experience and bad hotel ever.
